Read the small print after description. Do not go by the picture. All that's included is the machine and a pair of gloves. It does not come with a metal box or second drum.

Easy to use, great to use on clogs

Iām plumber and I use this frequently and Iām not impressed with it I feel as if I have to change cable far to often and more times than not the cable is stuck in the machine.

This snake does work it does do the job. However I feel like I have to change the cable regularly!!!! I mean regularly..... Too much. If I get into a very difficult clogged drain it becomes a nightmare. The cable binds and gets stuck in the machine this is totally unacceptable when you're in a difficult spot and want to clear a drain as fast as possible but have to stop what you're doing to take the machine apart and release the cable from inside the machine.

I'm a plumber
This is ok , but the head on the snake is not flexible . You need a flexible head to be able to go trough any space or curve.
