Fuel Tank Gas Cap Assembly 17670-T3W-A01 10834 31832 Fits Honda Accord Civic Crosstour CR-V FIT HR-V Insight Odyssey Pilot

I was on a road trip and lost my gas cap. Luckily I was at an address long enough that I could order and receive this replacement cap. On my FIRST FILL UP after putting on this new cap, I could not get the cap off. Luckily I had TOOLS in the car (!) to assist. At the SECOND tank of gas, again I could not get cap off and then when I did manage to twist the cap, it separated from the closure section, leaving THAT to deal with and remove. This piece of junk plagued me the rest of the road trip. The only way I would "recommend" this item is if your alternative was to shove a rag into your gas tank opening. DON'T waste your money as this thing will likely waste your time not to mention test your patience! Oh, and be potentially dangerous.

So far it’s working well only been on for about a week, but it arrived on time and looks just like the oem hopefully it last as long too.

Ordered to address the "Tighten Gas Cap" message I was getting on my 2014 HaOnda Accord. This fit perfectly providing the right seal. The annoying message is gone.

The tethered portion of the original gas cap broke; though the gas cap itself is still functioning fine, I figured this aftermarket gas cap would be an inexpensive fix to that issue. It was an easy install for my 2013 Honda Accord and I thought everything was fine. But later in the day, the 'check fuel cap' indicator came on my dashboard. I continued to unscrew and retighten the gas cap without having the error indicator going away on the dashboard. It wasn't until I put on the original gas cap that the 'check fuel cap' indicator turned off. It may work for other Honda vehicles that have the same part number but I did not get luck with this aftermarket part and will spend the money for an OEM product.

So much better than the older one. We’re able to take the cap off now with little effort. And it fits perfectly (2009 Honda Civic Ex) Needed to call for the Hulk to get the old one open!

It was really easy to install. It fits well and there is no “open gas cap” light.

Prefect replacement for the stock cap.Just be careful abs take your time when installing.
