Wow - This pedal rocks!
I play professionally in a 3 piece trio, with the bassman and me both singing lead and harmony vocals. The bass player has a different brand of harmonizer, and I liked the fullness the extra parts add to our sound. I chose this one because it looked easy to use and had positive reviews. Took it out of the box last weekend at the gig, hooked it up through my pedalboard, set the levels, and wa-la, it works like a champ! Not only do the harmonies sound good, the eq settings the pedal automatically provides added a ton to the clarity of my vocals even when not using the pedal for harmonies. I like this a lot so far. Would def recommend.

Sounds good
Sounds good, only issue I found is that if you use it for more that 3 hours, it looses volume and the effects. Maybe shut it down between sets if you are a musician and work gigs.

Lasted 6 months and the "warranty" is worthless
I bought this on Oct 19, 2022, paying by a 6 month installment plan. On the morning of April 27, 2023, I got a message that it was fully paid off! That afternoon, the foot switch stopped working; it turned the harmony effect on, but it wouldn't click and stay down, so I had to hold it on with my foot to make it work. A week later, it began to turn itself off completely after about 30 minutes. I changed the battery, even though I was using an adapter with it. Still didn't work and is now completely unusable. So it lasted 6 months. You can't really say, "you get what you pay for" because it wasn't that cheap. Contacting TC Helicon customer support is a waste of time, and Amazon says I have to contact TC Helicon for a refund or replacement. But they don't respond! Just keep that in mind if you plan on making the mistake of buying one of these. There is no warranty! Otherwise, I liked the pedal, and used it for about 80 shows. Too bad it wasn't as durable as I hoped. Now I have to try to find a better quality harmonizer, hopefully from a company that values its customers.

Amazing!
This gizmo is pretty amazing. I could never get my guys to step up and sing harmony so this solved my problem. They like it too. The one caveat, which I've written the company about is that the instrument output (pass through) has a very strange, light distortion or resonance when the unit is in harmony mode. When I wrote to them about this they played dumb and wanted me to send a video, etc. I bought a second unit just to see if this was an inherent problem. It was. It's something I can live with most of the time and just need to turn off the harmony when the instrument is going to be out front.

for guitar players who sing, or…visa, versa.
this is not backup singers.it is however, a port in a storm.by that, i mean, this won’t solve all of your BU Vox needs, but t will help you in SOME situations.i think this is a helpful writing tool.it’s good for intimate gigs, and for songs, here and there. but it IS NOT a back up vocalist. play your chords(s) and it will get you in the ball park, but only for common, basic things. i would not recommend this for a queen cover band, but some simplerstuff, and not mission critical, ya!if you need better, please look at boss or higher end devices. if you’re demo-img or a solo act doing folkier stuff, here’s your friend. for me, i’m going to the next model up in options, this is just not enough more than basic for my needs. a plug-in in my daw, and bouncing to its own track would work better for my needs.it is a good pedal, it’s just not an”pro” pedal.
