The handheld shower was replaced and in 2 months it has broken again and the rain shower has rusted .

Hard to contact seller for replacement parts.
When purchased it stayed a five year warranty. I need a replacement diverted knob for this and canโt get in contact with seller to use the warranty.

The shower head is flimsy and too small Jets are poorly made and rubber nozzles are cheaply made overall one start because I expected a better quality built shower set when I paid over $500
