When this came in the mail today I was very excited. I’m a huge tea drinker and wanted something nice to drink out of. The cup itself is very beautiful and looks just like the picture. I also love the little coaster and matching spoon it comes with. Most of my problems are with the functionality of it.While the detailing is lovely, the arm of the cup gets very hot if you’re drinking hot tea. It’s hard to hold when the tea is hot and the metal feels like it’s going to burn you. I like to drink it hot but it hurts to hold the cup for too long. Thankfully after it sits for a bit the arm cools down enough to hold but still feels warm.Another issue I have is the spoon. It’s a very cute spoon and is nice to stir with, but it seems to look well used or tarnished after it comes into contact with the liquid. I think it’s a type of silverware that needs to be polished after use and washing. (Basically just hand dried before putting up)I think the warm handle is my main problem but it is otherwise perfectly functional. It’s so gorgeous and I want to love it but we’ll see.

I bought 2 cups blue and red.. this was the better of the 2. I am so disappointed in this product. it is nothing like what is shown and described. I bought this for my sister in laws birthday and I am ashamed to gift this. The cup was glued to the "satin" lining that is covering up Styrofoam. I couldn't get the fabric off without damaging the product. It is so obvious by the hot glue strings everywhere that this item is hot glued together. I went on Amazon to report this to the seller and ask them to send a replacement as I wanted to give them the opportunity to make this right and they are not accepting returns, so I am writing a review.

The cup came quickly and perfectly intact. Some other reviews here have complained of seeing glue on their cups but I double checked and saw nothing on the cup. Not to say they didn't see it but I had nothing on mine.The cup itself is beautiful and my mother adored it. She is scared to use it because it is so pretty. She hasn't told me of any problems she had so far but I will update if I get anything.For the price it is a beautiful cup and I'm considering getting another for myself for days I'm feeling extra fancy.

Such a heartbreaker. This item arrived shattered. I had extremely high hopes. The pieces that were not completely shattered were beautifully colored, some of adornments were very nice, thus 3 star rating. I wish I could offer up more info on this item other than it is VERY delicate and obviously could use more protection during shipping. Amazon was kind enough to send a replacement. I will do a full review once it arrives intact!

I would often joke with my kids that I shop on the Fancy B**** side of Amazon and this gift made them a believer. My oldest kid drinks tea just about every day and this just looked like it was made for her. Very elegant, classy, and worth more than what I paid. My first born daughter is the greatest and deserved to have tea in a glass fit for the queen.

I love my Tilany enamel cup. It is very feminine and durable. I love that you can put in the microwave and the handle does not get hold. The box it comes in is also very pretty. I have already purchased one for a friend and she is really enjoying it also. I didn’t realize it came with a lid until after my purchased. I would have liked to have ordered that also

I received the cup and it was very well packaged but it was missing the spoon. I was a little disappointed but decided to keep it anyways. I left some feedback for the seller and mentioned the missing spoon. I was contacted right away and they are shipping out the spoon for me. The cup itself is very pretty and I've enjoyed having my morning coffee in it. My husband, though, took one look and laughed at it -_- lol. I'll admit it's a bit much, but it was a splurge for myself and I love it.

😡Update. It has been weeks and I have not been issued a refund😡I was really looking forward to this cup. The first one I received was definitely pretty but the glue used to adhere the flowers to the glass was sloppily applied. There was glue on the glass and it just looked really bad.I really wanted to chalk it up to one bad cups so I got a replacement. Sadly this one too had glue on the glass too. I wish I could have overlooked it because I really wanted this mug. Bummer.
