Purchased these knives as a Christmas gift for my mother (I got tired of using her crazy dull knives when I would visit). Great quality, nice weight and grip. Would recommend.

I tried it as soon as I got it. it is sharp as I expect it; easy to cut vegies and mince garlic and onion, pepper....not tried it on meat, but I assume it will work well .The only issue I had it was the packaging was hard to open and take it out for such a sharp item! Also usually all the knives I had purchased came with safety cover, but this one did NOT!. I did not expect this from Henckele a well known brand.

Your kids do throw away your silverware which is why I had to buy a replacement. This was exactly the one that came in my set and I was happy to find one. My kids still swear they didn't throw it away

My friend had a set of these knives and they were very sharp. I ordered one of them and they’re just not as sharp as hers. I hope they are made by the manufacturer and not a knockoff.

These knives are amazing. They stay sharp and are easy to handle.

Amazing knife, great to look at, very modern in the kitchen, the knife does have a bit of weight to it since it's fully made of metal. The item I received does have minor defects near the handle, near the butt. It is cosmetic, however, it leaves a minor station in an otherwise sexy looking knife.

I have a set of these in black and purchased another home so I thought I would try the Modernist silver style. Although prettier, the handles scratch easy ☹️
