Very good mask case
I was unsure when I bought this if switching from the hard case my mask came in was safe and worth it. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. It has sufficient padding and a good shape. It fits snugly with my padded head strap but that was a good thing. The featured pocket in the side is great for Seadrops *and hair ties. The other cool thing is the drain holes and the way it allows the mask to dry while still being protected. Great diving colors make the bag noticeable. We were ask several times about them.

Easy purchase, great case
I actually own the red version of this case for my first mask and I purchased the black case for my second mask just to differentiate between the two masks, I really like the side pocket to keep my defogger and swimmer's ear easily accessible. Mask easily fits large wider masks and has the velcro closure that works great. Not much else to say

Great travel case for mask
Great size for mask and bottle of spit. It has holes for water to drain out. I like that it takes up less space and provides decent protection of my mask when traveling.

Works like itโs supposed to do
Very pleased with the protection and the size. The bag is much easier to carry and pack than the hard shell case.

Nice Alternative to a plastic Mask Box
The pouch is a nice alternative to a plastic Mask Box. My issues with the Mask Boxes are 1) Many have completely detachable lids - I have lost a few lids rendering the boxes useless 2) The boxes can be bulky when packing - that said, they also DO prevent the mask from being crushed 3) Can get musty if you put your mask away anything but COMPLETELY Dry This pouch is sturdy enough to prevent the mask from being crushed in Most situations, if you plan-out your dive bag packing. (If you put it on the bottom of heavy gear, it will distort slightly. If you put it near the top, there is no issue.) It has a small pouch for some defog solution. I found a 2 oz bottle with a lanyard hole on the bottom. I was able to attach a lanyard to the bottle and the bag to keep from losing it. Worked great. Nice to have the defog always WITH the mask. As it is make of nylon, has drain holes, and is not completely sealed, it allowed me to rinse my mask, put it in the case, put the case in my dive bag, allow it to dry on its own, and not get any musty smell. I found this more convenient that waiting for my mask to dry before putting it in the plastic mask box. It is supposed to allow a snorkel to remain attached to a mask while in the pouch. My snorkel has a detachable snorkel keeper (like this Scuba Max Quick-Release Oval Snorkel Keeper Accessory ), so I did not test this feature as I kept my snorkel separate. The mask I used was the Cressi Focus. It is a smaller mask. It fit well, without distorting the silicone mask skirt. My only negative comment is that I would be concerned that a larger mask would not fit. The mask box is sort of tapered (larger at the top than the bottom). I think that if the top and bottom were equal in size (a more rectangular case) it would offer the opportunity to accommodate much larger masks. Please understand I did not test larger masks and that my opinion is based on the fit of my mask.

I was a little unsure, but ended up very happy with this
The plastic case that came with my mask has gone on a few too many dive trips and fallen apart, so I was in need of something to protect my mask while traveling. I came across this case and was at first a little unsure about how much protection it would offer, considering that it is soft with no rigidity. Then I considered the fact that the thin plastic case that came with my mask wouldn't actually offer any protection over something like dropping a scuba tank on it. My snorkel can easily be detached from my mask with a quick release clip, but that's not really necessary with this case; you can just put the mask in and close the flap over the snorkel with it sticking out on either side. There is a small pocket on one end that conveniently holds a small bottle of mask defog and a little plastic ring to clip this bag to another bag. My mesh fin bag has a carabiner that fit that ring perfectly, making it easy and convenient to carry for our whale shark trip last month. The grommets held up well and didn't rust at all despite being subject to a lot of salt water while in my scuba mesh bag on the boat. My one regret is that I should have gotten the red one instead of the black one. Red would have been much easier to find in my black mesh bag at the end of a dive day when I'm trying to repack everything.
