I absolutely loved the content of this book. I was searching for what the true ekklesia looked like, and while it took awhile to get to the point (a lot of preliminary information - maybe I was just being impatient), it really filled the bill. The revelation he speaks of about Caeserea Philippi and the famous "on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it" totally launched me into a new day. I've been preaching it and teaching on it and it has been a launching pad for more revelation, as Holy Spirit continues to reveal His Son to me in new and refreshing ways. With all of the talk over the years about 'finding your purpose' - this answers the question of what. Everyone has a different 'where', but we all have received the same call. You'll read about it in this book.

I bought this book as one of 4 textbooks in Russ Wagner's 12-week Ekklesia course. It was my favorite of the 4.I took 7 pages of notes, so that'll give you an idea of how many nuggets I gleaned from it.If you're a traditional church-goer and don't want anybody to rock your boat--this book won't be for you. But if you're a truth-seeker who is willing to break out of the traditional mold, get this book.

Truly, I believe that this is message for our generation. We desperately need more and more people to grasp Jesus's idea of His Ekklesia. It was never meant to be what Modern Western Civilization has created today. This is a powerful book. Especially for people who have already left the church, this gives us an understanding of how we are supposed to be ruling and reigning. "Do you not know that one day you will judge the angels?" This is an important stepping stone for us: Too urgent to ignore.

Gets off to a slow start, but soon after got to what I was interested in, the “How do I do this” part. But certainly, there is a certain amount of “being” that must precede the “doing” part. As far as getting to demonstrable results in changing society, Ed Silvoso’s book of similar title grabbed me a lot quicker.

I am recommending this book to all of my family members and fellow believers that are thirsting for a deeper revelation of Jesus’ promise to build Ekklesia, and to empower His people to bring the Kingdom to our communities and beyond. In Empowering transformational truth.

I highly recommend this book to clearly explain the reason we need to know what ekklesia is and why we need to know what it is. I'm going to read it again! So good!

I agree wholeheartedly with Dean and gained much insight from this work. It’s time for the Ekklesia to rise up and be what God has called us to be!He WILL build His Ekklesia…I just want to be a part of it! I don’t want to hide in a hole and wait for Jesus to come back to His garden (like Adam did) or as in the parable of the talents. Bottom line, man gave Satan authority on earth, and through Jesus and His work on the cross, it is our job to kick Satan back out and take that authority back! It will happen through HIs governing assembly of believers. Rev. 12:11 will happen!

Very thought provoking. We've fallen very short of the full impact of Jesus' teaching and ministry because often we've not understood the context of the passages.

Dean is passionate about transforming our mindset from simply church to participating in a governmental authority given to us by our Lord. It is a shift of understanding and mindset.

Some facts mentioned were new to me. Theories and opinions that do not bring real lasting change how things proceed is a waste of money
