I am a physician and installed 2 of these units in my office my HVAC systems. There is no way to assess the effectiveness unless we were to do cultures before and after the installation. I hope it does what it says it does. In these times of pandemic's, anything to decrease the number of circulating viruses would be useful.

To clarify some questions about warranty; per Nu-Calgon's website the iWave does not come with a valid warranty if purchased on Amazon. The iWave MUST be BOTH purchased and installed by a certified contractor. Any iWave purchased through Amazon DOES NOT COME WITH A VALID MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.

Might have worked for 2 days? Or not at all. Installled with brand new hvac system and noticeably cleaner air but not from this device
