Great for reading. I got 1’s and I can walk around with the glasses on, too. 1.5 makes me dizzy.The side pieces are thin metal - I would have liked plastic more.The lenses have a yellow tint.

Very lightweight but excellent quality glasses.
They weigh almost nothing and fit perfectly ... can barely tell I'm wearing them, except for the fact that I can read what's on my screen! I've only had them one day, but so far they do seem to make my eyes feel less tired after a day of sitting at the computer.
