The only thing that bugs me…
It’s a great desk cup!- Sturdy to hold and pick-up.- Quiet and stable to set down.- It’s not like a plastic tumbler in any way.- The glass is crystalline-like and easy to clean.- The silicon sleeve feels nice and secure; as if it likes little hand-hugs while washing, or using.- It’s easy to transport between my working area and the kitchen to get a refill.- The lid lifts off with minimal effort, but sits nice and snug otherwise.Fantastic style. Really. It’s like IKEA fell in love with Crate and Barrel and their kid grew up, went to visit friends in Okinawa and ducked into a café for a moment to get out of the rain since their glasses were all wet with rain drops and they accidentally bumped into in a Kickstarter project that used Helvetica instead of Avenir for all their marketing, and then they eventually fell in love and they had a kid, but not right away. That kid would be this cup. And this cup deserves to be hand-washed at least twice a week, rather than undramatically abused in a dishwasher next to its elder kitchen cupboard residents adorned with crusty left-over oatmeal chunks and dehydrated salad dressing swirls. Some say the silicon gasket on the lid gets mildewy or moldy, but I’m just not sure how that’s possible if you remove it and clean it regularly like a responsible adult. Trying not to throw around words like “lazy” or “not good with details”, but I’m just not seeing how this would get grody. It’s not the cup’s fault. Just sayin’.The silicon gasket does come off from the neat wooden (bamboo) lid with a little thinking about how it’s made and lightly prying it from the impeccably machined groves it fits into with the edge of a spoon or some other thin and narrow yet blunt object so as to not damage the gasket, and then contorting and pushing the straw port a bit back through its own hole to get it released. The seal even at the straw port is great, though not totally leak-proof at the straw port because of the straw, you know, but the circumference seal is nice for typical cup usages. I haven’t knocked the cup over yet because of computers and papers on my desk so… maybe the silicon gasket seal is physics-proof and stays in place regardless of the effects of gravity, hydrodynamics and inertia? Probably best to not swing your arms or other objects around when near a glass of water (or whatever) and electronics and other hydro-sensitive materials. The rounded edge of the glass feels nice when you wanna go strawless; which might be more often than you think since the straw—being some sort of cheap and nicely sized plastic tube (and consequently the only thing that bugs me about this product)—is really the only thing capable of leaving that plasticky chemical smell we’re all trying to get away from, hence looking at glass drinking containers here in the Bezos’ garage sale.I do wish the straw was on par with the rest of everything else about this cup.Just get the cup. It’s cool. Works great. It’s not designed to bounce so don’t drop it. If you do, though, because accidents and pets and kids happen, don’t blame-shift on the cup or the people that made the cup, or the pets, or the kids—unless they did it on purpose in which case trade them in for house plants if you lack self-control with “accidents”.

I use this every day!
I fill this cup with coffee and sip on it while getting through my morning routine. It’s grippy, doesn’t leak, and actually really cute! I can use my little electric whisker in it to mix my homemade mochas without fear of it breaking. I wash the glass part in the dishwasher (with the rubber grippy exterior still on it too) and haven’t had any problems. I hand wash the top wooden lid part and also the straw, just because I don’t want the wood to fade or anything and I like to scrub the inside of the straw out with a long brush. I’ve put the straw in the dishwasher before and it was fine, but there was still a little mocha residue in there, so I’ve been handwashing it ever since. All in all I love this cup! Perfect fit for my car cupholder too! Very stable.

Beautiful and functional. Seller constantly improving product
I've purchased multiple of these water bottles and love them. They're very easy to clean and use. The only time I've broken one of the glasses is when I dropped them on concrete - generally, they're very sturdy to regular tumbles and bumps that occur from normal use. They're also quite leak-proof, with the seal being easy to break for refilling but hard to dislodge when knocked over. The seller also has an EXTREMELY generous replacement policy and will ship you a new bottle if your breaks within the first year. The main issue I've had with the product is that if I'm not cleaning the water bottles regularly (my bad habit is to reuse for a few weeks before washing), the ridges in the bamboo lid get mold that doesn't come out. Trying to use vinegar to kill the mold only warped the lids and give them a weird odor. When I talked to the seller about it, however, they replaced not just the lids I had molded but ALL of the lids, and the new ones they sent were covered with silicone on the portion of the lid that would be inside the bottle. I suspect this will solve the mold issue I'd been having, but now I have enough lids to swap them out daily just to be safe. :)The newer line of lids also have a slightly wider opening for the straw. This fixed another minor issue I'd been having, where they were SO leak-proof that there wasn't enough airflow to the interior for me to have an easy time using the straw - I had to rearrange and tilt the straw a lot to get water out and still would sometimes have to try harder than usual. This has completely fixed the airflow issue. The trade-off is that it's easier for the bottles to leak if they tip over, which they didn't at all with the original model unless you tipped the bottle entirely upside down. They compensated for this by adding four silicone flaps to add a milder seal around the straw, and the hole is now closer to the center of the lid so that water won't reach the hole when tipped over unless the bottle is mostly full. Even then, the spill ends up being a series of drops, so I'm satisfied with the slight spill risk in order to have an easier drinking experience. The other element of the bottle is the straws, which I'm happy with. Each bottle ships with a clear straw and one that matches the color of the silicone. These do need to be washed regularly too so they don't get gross (shame on me with my sparse washing habits), but when I've had gunk or even a bit of mold accumulate inside of them from under washing they were very easy to restore. Finally, every element of the bottle is fairly easy to wash. You'll want a thick straw brush and a bottle brush for the most ease; a small hand could fit entirely inside the bottle to clean it without a brush, but it's a tight fit. The trickiest part to clean is the ridges around the rim of the lids, but I've found this has gotten a lot easier with the switch to the new silicone covers around the rim.So, all in all a nearly perfect product from a very reasonable seller. I love using these bottles and switching out the lids and straws in different color combos, and they look and work great. Excited to see what else they do with their products over time.

Super Cute Bottle - Be Wary of Stains Though!
This is a super cute bottle! It's very durable, leak-proof, and easy to clean. It tends to sweat if that bothers anyone (doesn't bother me at all). The only main issue I've noticed with it is how quickly it can stain. I typically only put my iced coffee in here and I've noticed it's started to stain the rim of the lid quite a bit. It's a bit frustrating, but not so much to make me hate it, lol! Maybe if you get a darker color it won't stain as much? Besides that, I love this cup!

Super cute and durable
This is a nice cup. It fits well in my cup holders and looks very cute. The ease of taking the silicone parts off is a little tricky, but I figured it out. The color is nice and the glass feels sturdy.

Very nice
The straws they include with this are pretty low quality, but the tumbler and cover are so nice I'm still giving this a 5 star rating. It looks good, is confortable to hold, and is easy to clean.

Stain washes off
The tumbler is fine, but the stain of the wood went spotty as soon as a few drops of water fell on it. Otherwise — it’s a tumbler, it does the job.

Great water bottle, would be willing to buy again
Good quality and the appearance is as advertised. The glass, in my opinion, is thick and durable enough. The lid also has good suction and the bottle is easy to clean. Initially there is some "flavour" when drinking water from the new bottle but it goes away after a few uses. The opening on the lid for the straw is wide enough for normal sized plastic or glass drinking straws but it is a bit tight for plastic boba straws and not big enough for glass boba straws.Overall, the quality and design of this water bottle is great and I would be willing to purchase this water bottle again in the future.

Cute.... and the quality is even cuter
Very cute and aesthetic, yet it is very sturdy. It comes with 2 straws (one coloured to match your cup and one clear). So many cute colours. Had to wait one month but it was worth it! Not to mention, the site's customer service is amazing :)
