Worth the purchase

Beginner to novice instantly.
This kit has all the tools that a beginner modeler will need to build. The small files are for rough filing only. They are very course. The pin vice is an excellent product. Works well for scribing and riveting. Great tool kit.

Every hobbyist's must have
I didn't realize how much I needed this kit, until it arrived and I started using it. I think I have found a purpose for every item in it. I know I'll be buying another one, since I am wearing this one out. For the value and use I might suggest ordering two!

Good value, but some of the components were cheap
Some of the components felt a little cheap. The sanders were lower quality than I would have liked. But this is a really good kit for beginners.

It really is great for Gundam kit beginners
I don't have use for everything in the box, and the pen is definitely not the way I want to panel line after seeing it applied, but overall I'm glad I got this kit because I do find random uses for some of the other tools aside from the 6 that I lean heavily on.

A lot for so little
I didn’t know what to get when I decided to start building models again, but when I saw the reviews and all the items that you get for the small amount that it cost I decided to give it a shot. I could not be happier with this purchase. The only thing I wish it had was an “instruction manual” describing what all the tools are used for. Some are obvious and some I’ve never seen before ever. I would recommend this product to beginners and professionals alike.

The hand drill has a swivel that is very rough, the snips are not precise
The hand drill has a swivel at the top that does not turn very smooth and freely, It is rough especially when you press down a bit, a sign of poor machining. The cutters are ok but not very precise even when cutting model PVC pieces, I will need to purchase another on from a reputable brand to replace it. Kit is pretty complete though, the assortment is mini-bits is very good.

Amazing kit. Perfect for almost any type of craft, I mainly use mine building booknooks and miniature houses.
