Just received today. Tried to set up. App is Not working. Website does not return any result. Is this company still in business. Item is useless. And customer service is only an email address. That does not respond.

Update: Its doesn’t not work any more!! Tried to login for several days and never success!This monitor really save my life, I've been using it to monitor my kids while they playing in the other room, so I can watching them also talk to them even though we are at different room, also while we were out it became a great camera for watching my house through all direction since the camera can be changing from one direction to another! the only missing star is because it always took a while to buffer when opened it up.

The camera was easy to setup, just follow their instructions. So far it has worked well with a good picture quality. You can spin the camera around and up and down. The camera will not go 360 degrees in one direction, but covers that space by going one direction then the other way to cover the 360 degrees space. It has an automatic tour that will cover the entire 360 degrees to constantly check the space your watching. Cloud service is not required, but will cost $60 a year if you want it Alerts worked well and you can customize the area you want covered.

Loved the product until company shut down and cant even log into the app. Maybe because of this stupid virus that shut the world down?

I have had this camera for almost 7 months. Until now it worked flawlessly then all of a sudden it failed to Connect to the network, the device just stopped working and there is no support available! I've called the number listed and get a voicemail that no one returns, I've sent email to the address listed and get no response.Purchase at your own risk! I'd not advise it.

Product worked great for few months. App will no longer allow login to view video. Password reset doesn’t work. Company website is now also inop. Looks like maybe out of business..... would once recommend. Useless now

I absolutely recommend this product! Not only was the shipping incredibly fast but the product is amazing. Just what i was looking for. Will be buying several more for around the home
