This is a replacement and I like how easy the process was. I'm not sure if the mail carrier put my item in the wrong box but I got a notification that it was in there. None of my neighbors brought it by so I assume someone kept it. I requested a replacement and it arrived (no charge) very fast. I love the smell too.

Smells so good that a salesperson who had to use the restroom while she was in my home commented on it. I've had the dispenser since forever, so all I have to do is get the refills. Great product.

I actually use these refills in another dispenser that I like better than the Airwick.

I finally found one I like, easy to use, available to purchase locally. But the best deal is on Amazon. I use it on the lower setting and last approximately 6 to 8 weeks, another room is set more frequent. I prefer this fragrant best.
