overall great lighter. it’s a good size and isn’t too big or bulky. it holds a LOT of fuel in the cotton/rayon compared to some other older zippos i have. these zippos will evaporate fluid if you leave it sitting for too long, but they don’t leak the fluid. the fluid just slowly dissipates within ~2 weeks without using it. (this is for those that think their lighter is broken) MAKE SURE YOU BUY ZIPPO OR RONSONOL FUEL! these do not come pre-filled for shipping safety. you can get lighter fluid at gas stations or hardware stores if you don’t want to wait for shipping, but i would recommend zippo brand fuel because it seems to have less odor from my experience. take the lighter insert out and lift up the little pad on the bottom and fill it till it starts to drip out of the wick, then let it sit for a couple minutes to fully wick and you’re good to go. do not buy these lighters expecting them to be full of fuel. the cotton/rayon is very tightly packed on these for some reason, but it’s a very easy fix. if you have this issue, just pull the rayon and wick out and pack it again but take out a few bits of rayon for extra space. from my experience it seems like it keeps a stronger flame this way and you waste less fuel. It’s great just like every other zippo lighter i’ve had in the past. Hope this review helps! :D

I've never owned a Zippo lighter before, and this is my first one. I must say, it did not disappoint. The quality is apparent from the moment you hold it. Ordered the matte black zippo and it arrived a day before its estimated arrival which made me even happier! I had a chrome zippo before but was fake and was all scratched up and broken but I had already had zippo fluid so as soon as I got the package I opened the box and filled it up. It worked on the first strike and just kept on going at the first strike. I then wanted to test out its wind proof capabilities and luckily for me it was a pretty windy day outside, nothing crazy but enough wind to disable a disposable lighter from working so as I was walking I opened the lighter and striked it and it lit on the first time and stayed light! Although the flame was small it was still large enough to light a cigarette and at least it stayed lit. I am very happy with this zippo and I understand that other regular high polish zippos are print magnets and scratch easily but with this one even with all the tampering and constant playing with it didn't have any fingerprints and it was even if the same pocket as my keys and it still wasn't scratched. Technically this is my first legitimate zippo lighter and I couldn't have been happier with the choice I made. I am thinking about starting my own collection :) BUY THIS!

Definitely my favorite lighter i have ever had. if black is your style, this is your zippo. And if you've never had a zippo before, they're great. but they run on lighter fluid so they smell funny, and you probably need to fill it AT LEAST once a week, plus you need to know how to replace the wick/flint. If you don't have a zippo, I believe you should. they cost as much as 10 bics, but they will last you a lifetime (as long as you don't lose it) I bought a butane pipe insert for mine, but it didn't hold the butane so I just stick to the regular insert. The regular insert still lights pipes very well and I have had no problems with it

I really like this lighter. Its smooth black metal, very classy, and it works. However, it doesnt come with any lighter fuel in it, which looking back makes sense, but I assumed it would have some. Not a problem, though. Its a very nice lighter. For a little bit it was getting caught on the interior parts when I would close it, so I would have to "whip" it shut, but for some reason it stopped and now its flawless. Great deal!

This is my 2nd Zippo. It is great!!! Looks and feels solid. Always lights on the first strike. I don't smoke but I had one when I was a kid that I won from Cedar Point and lost it. Now I'm 33 and in my mid-life crisis or something... but the lighter is awesome! This will be used to start camp fires and anything else I can light up! It's made in the U.S.A. and comes with a REAL lifetime warranty... so go buy one today!

This lighter would've been my go-to. I had to return it since the hinge on it was loose, because I didn't have time to get that rectified by Zippo, what with Zippo offering it's lifetime warranty on all of its lighters. "It works, or we fix it for free.'" Lighter quality was top notch. The matte finish was kick-ass, and it was a coat on the lighter, not some cheap paint. It was a resin-backed soft-touch layer, really pleasing. The Zippo arrived in a small box complete with the Zippo warranty card, and packaged neatly in a white Amazon polythene bag. Adequate protection in transit, nothing went wrong thankfully. Pros: * They call it windproof, and it excels. Even in the breeziest of conditions, the flame only bent, never went out. * The lighter's built to withstand serious abuse. I've owned these before, and they were really don't break or stop functioning even when treated roughly/accidentally flung around. * Includes a new wick and flint pre-installed, just fill fuel and you're good to go until they run out (Wick gets burnt/flint disappears) * Easy to service and maintain. No need to even give it to the local panshop guy, just do it yourself, it's pretty easy servicing a Zippo. * Flip it out of your pockets, and everybody notices the click. ;) Cons: * This particular lighter wasn't sealed like how Zippos usually are, but it was probably a seller-exclusive problem, not Amazon's issue. Returned for a full refund within the week. * The fuel would only last 3 days, 5 if you're lucky and the lighter's insert is an especially snug-fitting one. It's how these lighters function, and require refueling every 3-4 days. Flints last about two weeks-a month, depending on usage frequency. The wick lasts a solid month or two. * The lighter is smaller than the images shown on the website. If you're a new buyer, keep in mind that these fit in an area smaller than your palm. I'd be nitpicking if I had to come up with more, as Zippos have quirks, they can't be qualified as cons. If you're a collector and don't actually use them, then the cons would be a non-issue for you. Para ser un mechero la verdad es que no hay mucho que decir lo cierto es que es un mechero de buenísima calidad ya que pertenece a la marca Zippo y es que este mechero es totalmente original además trae su propia caja oficial de la marca para guardar este mechero. La caja es lo de menos lo importante es su interior y este tipo que trae dentro de si tanto una piedra como cuerda cómo algodón como esponja lo trae todo para empezar a funcionar con él excepto una carga de combustible lógicamente no la trae. Aunque sea caro para ser un mechero es un mechero que te va a durar toda la vida y con este tipo de mecheros la verdad es que da gusto. El el mechero viene pintado en negro mate el cual llevo utilizando aproximadamente un mes y apesar de llevarse golpes roces etcétera sigue manteniendo prácticamente intacta su estética aguanta muy bien todo tipo de inclemencias. La tapa se abre perfectamente no tiene ningún fallo de construcción así que lo recomiendo encarecidamente!!!!

Le produit est conforme à la fiche de description. Zippo très simple et classe. Les zippo sont de très bons produits avec une très bonne longévité. Produit peu cher, celui ci vaut vraiment le coup. Très bonne idée cadeau, les zippo font toujours leurs effets.
