These well made ese pods produce a cup of espresso as good as illy or any of the other major Italian brands. Their roast seems to be a bit lighter as the flavor is not as smoky. Nice crema too.

We have a 'Francis Francis' pods machine (Illy's) and we tried many types of coffee until we came to the conclusion that this is our most beloved coffee blend. It has rich and not too bitter taste and great aroma.We used to buy it in the coffee stores in Israel and when moved to the US we brought a whole box with us... we were so glad to find out its on Amazon! And it arrived very quickly too :-)

I've tried the sampler packs of pods from Europe with a dozen different brands, tried the Starbucks and Illy. These are my favorite! Always a fresh coffee aroma when opening the pouch. Not bitter, not too burnt, and not watery. Not packed too tight or too loose. Just a nice mild roast for me, but with enough flavor and at a great price. Works great with my La Piccola pod machine.

I always be a big fan of Danesi Caffe in Rome.It's good to find it here in the USA, combined with my beloved old Gaggia, it feels like being in Italy every morning.I think the robusta and arabica blend of Danesi Coffe just give you the right kick to start the day.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Can't believe this is even on the market. Danesi is pretty good coffee but these pods are horrible. Half of them had holes in the packaging and the coffee is so loose in the pods that the water come dripping out. It pretty much made a shot of coffee Americano if that. If you love or even like coffee please don't waist your money on this. I'm so upset!!!

These PODs are the best. Use them in my Unic Pony and perfect espresso every time. Saves a bunch of effort than grinding and tamping. Ever after I had them for years, they still tasted great.

For me - best tasting espresso on the market, whether you buy the pods, beans or ground. I have been using Danesi for 20 years and am happy to have found it on Amazon.
