NutraBio PRE Workout V5 - (Grape Berry Crush)

I love the flavor blue raspberry, so I’m glad it’s an option! Very effective pre workout supplement. I definitely felt the harmless tingling sensation the container warns of. It does have a bit of a sour aftertaste, but that goes great with the blue raspberry flavor anyways. The container is sold by weight, so don’t be surprised when you see it’s only half filled brand new.The only negatives I can think of for this product:1) Price - $2 per scoop2) Foamy - Don’t shake it much at all, it foams up A LOT!3) Dust Cloud - Definitely creates a cloud of dust when dumped into your bottle (very glad their protein doesn’t do this)If you can afford it I think it’s worth a shot! It’s definitely effective, and the negatives are minor besides price. I feel like they could make this a slightly better value. Wish they sold it in a larger size for a better price.

I’ve been using this preworkout for about a year. If you know preworkout, you should know that line alone is significant—I have not built up any kind of tolerance to the ingredients. It still gives me great gym sessions (especially when coupled with a good nights sleep).If you take time to research the ingredients and the dosages, you will see that everything is CLINCIALLY DOSED, meaning they put enough of each ingredient for it to have the effects shown in clinical trials of that ingredient. The taste is among the best in prrworkout. I usually mix mine with more water than recommended because i like a lighter flavor in general.Two tips:First, shake occasionally while drinking. Obviously one of the ingredients aren’t soluble, and you will see it float to the bottom.Second, MAKE SURE TO ORDER FROM NUTRABIO LABS. Other suppliers on Amazon are shipping old inventory that is clumpy, has a foul oder, and bad taste. Product has been consistently good when ordered from Nutrabio via Amazon.

I liked the pump

The product works but like the instructions say. Drink 20-30 minutes before your workout. My trainer comes to my home and often but not the same consistent schedule. Often I would drink during the warm up then my body kicks in midway through the workout but I couldn't recover.Recently I drunk the protein drink 20 minutes before the workout and I noticed I had more energy for the warmup AND throughout the majority of the workout. Im 43 but my trainer trains me like I'm 25. smhStay thirsty my friends.

Great for those intense workout sessions

I have to say this pre-workout beats all the other brands out there. This is tastes good drinking. I’m very picky when choosing my pre-workouts and couldn’t come across any better than this one. There is NO after-taste bitterness. It actually pumped me thru for my HITT class with kickboxing for 60 min. I wasn’t jittery maybe like very little percent but it is so worth having this! I would highly recommend this as this is not false brand. It is worth buying this! hope my review helps others :)

This has got to be hands down the worst flavor there is. I had clicked on a different flavor and it still defaulted me to this nasty stuff. I went back and reviewed my order saw that it had put me back to dragonfly candy, I clicked on change order and I still got this junk.Very very very not happy. Hopefully my next refill will be of what I had actually purchased.

I have tried various other pre workout brands and gave this one a chance, since it is a very popular among the fitness community. I did not notice any benefit to this pre workout compared to others which are a third of the price. The flavor was also very intense, almost bitter. It gave me a little boost of energy, but I would not purchase again when I could get the exact same results from cheaper brands.
