I love a good eye cream. This one seems to be effective with its Vitamins B3, C, E, and K. My under eye bags appear less puffy in the AM lately. I can attribute that to this eye cream. Im sure the dark circles take time to see any substantial difference.

What I did notice about Civant Eye Complex - Eye Cream for Dark Circles and Puffiness Reduction is that after the first twenty-four hours of using this cream, I touched my undereye, and the skin was surreal-ly soft. I was astounded that I could feel my skin become so smooth in such a short amount of time.I can't say that it's a miracle product; what I can say is that the skin under my eyes felt excellent. The cream seemed to add a significant amount of hydration to the dry, fragile skin around my eye area. I felt like it did de-puff the area, too, for what it's worth.I didn't notice a significant decrease in dark circles. The skin is simply very thin under my eyes, and I am also fair. I don't think a moisturizing cream can do anything to correct that--I simply appear to have faded shadows in the inner corners of my eyes. I can't imagine there's a cream in the world that can help. However, softer skin does improve the appearance of fine lines, and the hydration feels good.

This comes in an outer product box sealed in plastic wrapper. It’s made in the USA. It has a cruelty free and vegan logo (PETA). Ingredients are listed on packaging. It’s free of parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, sulfates, and phthalatesIt comes in a small squeeze tube (0.5 fl oz/15 ml). It has a thin tip so you can get a precise amount of product.Directions - Squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip and gently pat around eye area until completely absorbed. Avoid dragging the skin. Use daily in morning and evening for best results.This has peptides, hyaluronic acid, Argan oil, and vitamins C, B3, E, and K. It also has Regu-Age PF, which they say is a bioactive ingredient that also discourages aging.This is a medium consistency (not too thick, not too thin). It’s nice and creamy. It glides onto the skin nicely.Based on the reviews, I seem to be the minority, but I didn’t love this. I expected it to be feel more moisturizing than it does. It goes on feeling nice and moisturizing, but absorbs quickly and then my under eyes doesn’t feel moisturized anymore. They kind of feel just like they did before I applied this. I do have dry under eyes and need something extremely moisturizing. So, that could be the reason.This has 41 ingredients. The Regu-Age PF is the 6th, niacinamide (vitamin B3) is 9th, peptide is the 17th (palmitoyl tripeptide-38), hyaluronic acid is 32nd, vitamin E is 33rd, vitamin C is 34th, vitamin K is 37th, and argon oil is 40th. So, the key ingredients it mentioned are pretty low on the ingredient list aside from the niacinamide and peptide.Regu-Age PF is also known as superoxide dismutase (SOD), which is a super potent antioxidant (one of the strongest antioxidants available). It improves visible redness and inflammation, protect against appearance of UV damage, and work as a daily force against oxidative stress, water loss.Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 is also known as Matrixyl synthe'6, which is a new peptide that claims to boost production of of 6 major components of the skin matrix (collagen I, III, IV, fibronectin, hyaluronic acid and laminin 5) that result in more even skin and fewer wrinkles particularly on the forehead and crow's feet. Using 2% of the active for two months daily, women reported a decrease in wrinkles by 31% up to 100%.It also has Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin as the 16th ingredient. This goes by the trade name Phytodermina Lifting, which refers to 2 things - it’s a “lifting” ingredient and it comes from plant raw materials. It’s claimed to give skin a marked lifting effect, moisturize, make skin soft and smooth, enhance brightness, and help makeup stay on after application.It also has pomegranate seed oil, but it’s the 39th ingredient. It’s an emollient plant oil that’s a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It also has excellent nourishing and moisturizing abilities. But, it’s at the bottom of the ingredient list. It also has ceramide 3, but it’s the last ingredient. Ceramides are important in keeping the skin barrier healthy and skin hydrated. But, again, it’s the last ingredient.So, other than having the Regu-Age PF as the 6th ingredient, I don’t really see anything unique in this that makes it worth it to me at $40 for 0.5 fl oz. The ingredients really don’t have anything in it that correlates to the price point for me. There’s a lot of other eye creams with better ingredients higher up on the ingredient list for much less or equal to the price of this. Plus, I just don’t feel it moisturized my under eyes well enough. Makeup did apply nicely over it. But, given it was so lightweight (so much so it didn’t even feel moisturizing after it absorbed) and has silicones higher up on the ingredient list, that didn’t really surprise me. Overall, this just isn’t for me. It’s not something I will purchase or can even recommend. If you don’t have really dry eyes like me, this might work better for you. Works great for puffy eyes but my dark circles are still dark…so. I use it twice a day. It’s smooth, fragrant free and works great under makeup. I’ve been using it for about a month and will continue to see if the dark circles fade. If they do I’ll come back to update.

This civant eye complex eye cream is amazing!! Im getting older and my bags under my eye are getting more noticeable so this product had helped a lot. I wake up and my eyes are usually puffy but using this makes my eye bags less noticeable. It’s a very rich cream and my skin complexion looks much better. It’s very cooling to the touch. Overall I really like this product and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in this product!!

I have become a big fan of Civant products recently. I've been using their face serum and it's one of my favorites, so I was excited to order their eye cream. It goes on very smooth and immediately nourishes fine lines to make them less prominent. I'm not certain about the eye brightening - maybe just a bit, but that's harder to judge I think. There isn't any smell and the cream isn't sticky or greasy in any way. This is just a great, every day cream in the fight against nature.

I’ve used tons of “high end” well known brands of eye cream. This one is definitely my new favorite. It feels cool going on and leaves your under eye very soft and smooth.

I review a ton of high end face creams, serums, and eye cream. This is my first go with Civant and it is fabulous. It is a rich eye cream that is made in the US. It is just a very good cream. It immediately attacks wrinkles and leaves your eyes brighter looking. I am a week in and this might be my new favorite. Highly recommend.
