Update 04/21/2022. The seller did reach out to me and get me a refund almost a month after I posted the review. However, it seemed the refund was only contingent on my updating my review. Seller was accommodating and did refund for the faulty item. It’s possible I just got a faulty chandelier but purchase at your own risk. See pictures on burn marks and melted components on this light. Initial Review-We installed this light about 9 months ago for my daughters nursery. It was a bit of a hassle to install but was worth it because I loved the way it looked and it was a perfect addition to her room. Recently it stopped working, right before it stopped working we noticed a burning smell. When we went to take it down we noticed one of the wires on the lamp had its insulation melted off, the heat of the wire also melted the LED controller box and there are burn marks on our ceiling. I’m glad this didn’t start a fire in my baby’s room! It looks like it was dangerously close to doing so. I contacted the seller with our concerns and inquiring about the warranty unfortunately they did not respond.

There were several reviews that mentioned this chandelier was a pain to assemble and I wholeheartedly disagree. While the light does require you to place all the roses on the base and crystals, it’s so easy. First unscrew the ends on all the screws on the base then trust each rose petal on. The roses are a bit sharp so watch your fingers. Pink roses go on the top and bottom layers and the white in the middle. The crystals are super easy, open package a first place teardrop on end for all 10 pieces then simply attach to inside of light (outer/1st section). Repeat for package b and c, there are only 5 b pieces and 1c piece. I hung the chandelier with the wires which we didn’t have to cut just tucked them within the base. The light has three settings based on my usage. 1- Flashing colors 2-White/Classic Light 3- White Light w/ colored lights illuminated inside. I wasn’t able to figure out how to keep the light on one color but it’s still beautiful. I will upload pictures soon!

Very beautiful setup! Despite there being some hurdles with setting up the light, and finding out some pieces fell off, More Change was very helpful and understanding. They were so nice, they even offer to send out the parts that fell off and gave me a nice refund/coupon 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗! This light is so beautiful and relaxing, I use the night light every night!

Some parts were rusted.

This takes awhile to assemble and install but it is really fun. You have to buy bulbs for it to it has a really neat nighttime led lighting that changes colors!! Will buy this again easily!!
