Arrived on time. Smaller sizes have points but the larger sizes have rounded off points. They still leave a mark in the wood but not as clear as the smaller ones.

Really handy item to have in the garage, to help with dowelling work where a jig isn't practical. Drill the holes wherever you want in the first piece of wood, pop these centre points in and then offer it up to the second piece of wood. Give it a tap with a mallet and you get nice sharp marks to show you where to drill the holes in the second piece of wood. I've used it a few times now with great results each time.The only ones I've used so far are the 8mm ones as these are the most common dowels. I'd rather have 8 or 16 of the 8mm ones and forget the other sizes!

This is very easy to use - accurate transfer of hole location to another workpiece is really easy.

These little things are dead handy and simple to use. I wish these were around a few years ago.

need to be e little bit pointier to mark better apart from that they are fine
