It makes my Nikon D700 a lot faster! I can take a photo of a flying bird, running dog/horse etc. a lot faster meaning the photo is sharper and its quality overall is much better. It is a very affordable and helpful piece of equipment. I cannot believe I didn't buy it earlier!

While not upto the quality of Nikon grip for £28 you cannot grumble it turns a D700 into a potent device giving extra frames per second also I tend to find that whilst holding in landscape that the extra inches rests on my wrist making it feel more comfortable and supported it's well worth the money.My only downside is the build using a shoulder strap screwed into tripod socket doesn't fill me with confidence and I may go back to the original neck strap in time!

Very happy with this battery grip. Its a perfect fit, has all the buttons you would expect for vertical shooting, has an off/on switch. It does add weight to the camera but it adds balance aswell while making the camera easier to hold in the hand (d700). It has 2 battery trays, one for your nikon battery and one for AA batteries. Obviously not everyone is going to want a battery grip, it does make the camera look big and adds weight but for me a heavy camera contributes to a steady shot. So if you are considering an aftermarket grip I do recommend this.

Good well made product - Great value for money when compared to price of Nikon original - works well and improves the camera handling in portrait mode.

Why is the Nikon version soooo expensive. This does the job so well and feels good to hold. Value for money.

Battery grip montato su d700 e d300.Funziona alla perfezione, anche in ambito professionale, dopo 3 servizi fotografici, si dimostra robusto, certamente non come l’originale in magnesio, ma insomma, costa anche moooolto meno.L’unica pecca che ho trovato è che non coincide alla perfezione il profilo con il corpo macchina.Spedizione velocissima

I bought two of these grips for my Nikons. They are built well, and do not feel cheap. Everything functions well, and I like the double AA battery holder that is also included. Why buy the original for almost four times the amount. These grips are just as good. I have the original grip from Nikon to compare it to.

I was pleasantly surprised at the sturdiness and design of this product. Considering the Nikon original is upwards of $250 - this is an awesome inexpensive alternative part. I am also very pleased with the extra tray for using AA batteries as opposed to the Nikon original batteries. This may come in handy as I shoot a lot sometimes after a full day, my batteries become depleted. This gives me an option of using AA batteries to keep shooting.Everything functions as it should. I have only used it 3 times since purchasing, but I have to say so far I am pleased. After having it for a month or so, I will update this review in the future.

Pedido recibido como siempre en tiempo y excelentes condiciones de embalaje. En cuanto al grip su funcionamiento en principio es crorrecto, los diales van suaves y la camara los detecta perfectamente, sin embargo el problema es que no reconoce las baterias. He probado con dos baterias originales nikon e incluso en otra D700 y da el mismo error, señala que las baterias estan agotadas y no se pueden usar. Sin baterias funciona, pero la idea no es esa, sino poder aprovechar la capacidad de trabajar con 2 baterias simultaneamente. Procedere a su devolucion.
