Not Vise-Grip
These are not Vise-Grip locking pliers. Vise-Grip is a brand. These locking pliers seem to be fairly well made, their conversion to snap assembly pliers is very poorly done. The weld is of low quality, it is a small tack, very small, when it should be a 1/2" bead. On the set I received the weld tack doesn't connect the two pieces together on one side. I fully expect what little weld there is to break under any pressure. Thankfully I can weld and make these right. The idea of these is good, to bad the quality control is terrible.

Great for light duty - vice grips are a plus
I needed a quick repair for not a lot of money. This was it. It came with about 10 rivets and maybe 10 screws. This is a LIGHT DUTY tool. And for the price, it does its job
