I use this all of the time. It is better than Vicks. If you have a stuff nose and a scratchy throat rub on your face cheeks(don't get into your eyes) and on your throat at night when you go to bed and it will help open up your head and help with your scratchy throat. Been using it for years. Good old product that is still on the market.
