Mislabeled box, but being corrected.
Received mislabeled box, therefore waiting to receive correct box from manufacturer. Product looks good so far, will be glad to raise another star or two once product had been fully received and assembled. Manufacturer seems genuinely concerned and is attempting to rectify.----After receiving correct boxes. The product is of high quality. Only concern is kids climbing on 1/4 inch plywood. Otherwise, it's a solid plywood unit.Would order again.

Great Quality
The shipping was prompt. The packaging was protective and the items arrived undamaged. The quality was better than expected for the price. I had a problem with a small piece of hardware but one email to customer service and it was resolved and a new part sent to me. Very professional. I am very pleased and if I need any other children's furniture, I will be sure to check this company first.

Cubbie holes are small
The product is great, but the cubbie holes are a tad smaller than I expected, even though I measured first.

Assembly is not easy, but well worth the effort.
I use this in my classroom and I love it. I wish the cubbies were just a little wider, but it makes organizing the students work easier.

Wrong item
We received the wrong item, and when we opened it to see if we could work with it, there were a lot of missing pieces.

It would be relatively easy to assemble except for the fact that the printed instructions were incorrect. Also, you may well need sandpaper, silicone lubricant and a rubber mallet to get the backing pieces assembled. Customer service e-mail address is nonfunctional. Product is not particularly well made. Best thing about it are the casters. Not a great value for the price.

Bought this to organize the kids play room. It works great and was easy to assemble. The kids labeled the bins and put their toys in them. The play room has never looked this good!
