Missing Tub faucet/ spout
Everything in the box looks great! Double wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap. Finish is high quality…. But no tub spout! Almost like I ordered the exact model with no tub spout, which is an option and less money. But I didn’t, I ordered the model that includes the tub spout and paid more money for it.This should be a 5 star review… but no tub spout, no 5 stars.

Not what I expect from Kohler
Where shall I begin? The trim kit was fine but parts were missing in the faucet to the point that it's not usable. I'm not sure what's happened to Kohler but their quality has taken a nosedive.
