Okin Refined 2 Button Round Hand Control Handset with 5 pin Plug Power Recliner or Lift Chair

The power motor control for one side of my loveseat stopped working. This was a perfect match and was easy for a family relative to install for me. Works great!!

This switch fit perfectly. After installing the switch did not seem to work however after banging on the actual motor for the reclining couch, it worked. It is kind of like tapping on a car starter motor, sometimes they seize if not in use for a while.

Bought for a chair that had a 6’4” cord, this one says it has a 4’ something cord on it. I bought it anyway thinking I would just splice on to it from the old 5 wire cord making it the length I needed. This cord comes in two pieces, one plug in to the motor the other one is the button end. When both cords are connected together to is well over 6 foot long. I did not measure it as I was so happy it was going to work on my mother’s Flexsteel Latitudes- Capitol power Recliner. I would guess it was close to 7 foot long as I had to wind up about a foot of cord after installation was complete. Button is working great on her recliner.

I wanted it work it did, takes a little while, littley hard to reach moter for plug in.

My electric reclining sofa stopped on one side. Took it out and put in the number on the side of the original switch and was able to order this replacement. Looks almost identical! Had to trim the plastic plug down abit so it would plug in deeply enough in the socket but now works like a dream. Happy with this purchase

Easy to install and rescued our inoperative power recliner!

My recliner had been unused for a few months because it was stuck in the up position and I just didn't want to deal with it. I could not reliably get the motor to close the foot rest, but it always opened just fine. I decided to take a chance on replacing the switch, and this one looks just like the one installed in my chair. Once I got the package, I flipped the chair and plugged it right in. It worked instantly and continues to do so! My package came with the straight connection AND an adapter for an L-shaped connection. I would recommend this product and buy again, if I need to!
