Wrong song!
Product information says it plays Sprites Away Song which my son loves! But its not! It is Canon D. To the seller, please provide the correct information so that all buyer knows the song is CANON D!

Super cute and good quality!
The media could not be loaded. I got this as a gift for my friends birthday! I thinks she would love it for sure!! The music box is super cute. The wood is so smooth!!!

Very cute, great for gifts
Received the package and the box it came in was dented but luckily the music box was wrapped very well. There was some thick dust in some of the small areas but it comes off once you wipe it down. Be gentle with the winding part under the music box. You're able to unscrew the bottom and fix the motor if the music doesn't play initially.

Lovely music and good craftsmanship
Although the first one I received was defective, Amazon and the vendor were quick enough to replace the faulty product. I love this music box. The details are intricate and delicately handmade. The music is also very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I just wish it would last a little bit longer. I enjoy watching the car revolve around the Eiffel Tower - it's very cute.

Didn't Last Two Weeks
The music box itself is beautiful and made for a lovely Christmas gift for our 5 year old daughter. We bought the one with the four ballerinas on it. You have to wind up the whole base that the ballerinas are on to get the music going, which took us a second to figure out because there was no metal wind-up piece like a traditional music box. It worked for about two weeks after Christmas and then just stopped making music. The wind-up feature doesn't provide resistance anymore and it won't properly wind-up to make music. The process to return is cumbersome and you have to pay for return shipping yourself to get a refund. Now we're stuck with a broken music box and a sad 5 year old.

Rated it a 4 star because it would have been a 5 star if it was a bit bigger for its value. Well made and good music volume. Packaged arrived ahead of time.

Love These Wooden Designs
This Ferris Wheel makes a nice addition to our Christmas Musical collection. The music is not a Christmas song but it is still fun for our little ones to enjoy during the Christmas Season. This is our third purchase from this company. The only downfall is that the switch to turn on the music and mechanical actions "seems" fragile so we are protective of "who" turns it on,

Poor quality parts.
Product was cute, ordered on the 6th of December hoping to have it out for decorations, it came in Christmas eve. The screw had stripped out of the rear train car, since it was in a small ziploc I'd believe the packer knew it broken. Was going to just glue it as it wasn't a big deal but the switch to turn the music on wouldn't engage so no music, no movement. No excitement for my kids to watch.

Nice when you can't get to a Papyrus store
I saw these of something almost identical in Papyrus stationary stores. Being mostly unable to get into malls lately, I looked for something to order online. This appears to be an identical product and provides music and animation. The only thing that could be improved is if it played a recognizable tune.

Poor quality and broken pieces
Product arrived with broken pieces and poor quality item. Plastic switch not flush to side and pieces are generic (similar pieces used on 3 box models purchased). Mistakenly thought I was buying brand ‘Wonderful Life’ music boxes, am waiting for refund - would not waste your money on these.

I like it very much. It is sweet and reminds of the charms of childhood toys. The music box I got is the Wooden Music Box Christmas Gifts,Ferris Wheel With Square Base. I like it very much. Sweet little music box
A very sweet little gift for my nephew's. The music is soft and gentle. The only thing is if the links holding the train cars together is slightly off the train gets derailed. A simple fox to do by hand though.

Mauvais achat
L’emballage de transport est médiocre, aucune protection. Notre boîte à musique est arrivé brisée et débalancée. Le son de la musique est aussi très fort, pas moyen d’endormir bébé avec ça.
