Filter Foam Sponges, Bio Sponge Filter Media Pad, 2PCS Cut-to-Size Foam for Aquarium Fish Tank Pond Canister Filter

Bought these to add some more filtering to my Hang on back aquarium filter, specifically the Whisper 10i. They came in quick in some interesting chinese packaging. After washing them and putting them in the filter I noticed a significant amount of plant matter and other debris getting caught in them and not just going through the filter. Comes with a pretty good sized coarse sponge and fine sponge. Ultimately great product that works well. Its been in my filter for a few days and it hasnt killed my fish so it should be pretty safe. Its a sponge theres not much that can go wrong.

Nice set. You get on coarse and one fine. Easy to cut for size.

Great sponge. It’s designed for ponds (has both 30ppi and 40ppi), but I put it in my hang on back filter for my aquarium. Made my water crystal clear. Easy to cut to size as well.Only drawback is that there is literally no English on the packaging, so it’s a guess if one would want instructions/recommendations, etc.
