Did not get the results I wanted. Only brought one of this item to try. Maybe if I had more I would have gotten positive results. Or maybe if I had brought riddex........

Can't say if it works because I had to stop using them!
I purchased these items with the hope that they will help me prevent mice from entering my home and give me a peace of mind. Sadly, I had to unplug EACH device as they were so extremely loud, that I was more worried and paranoid about them causing some kind of an electric fire than I was about mice entering my house. I cannot say with any degree of certainty whether or not this system gets rid of mice but I can tell everyone, that you will not be able to sleep in the same room where this device is located. (or if you plug it in in the hallway or a restroom near your bedroom) These evil things emit a super loud buzzing sound. I am going for the Peppermint Oil (here on Amazon). It's silent, it smells good and it's supposed to keep rodents away, as they hate the smell of peppermint.

No way to tell if working
Mice invaded garage. Sealing holes worked better than this. Put right next to car and mice still in car. Maybe if fewer mice it would have a more noticeable effect.

Faulty device, lack of customer service
After receiving this item and attempting to use it, I noticed it has a very loud electronic buzzing sound (when it is supposed to be inaudible to the human ear). It is distracting and not usable, as a result. I can hear it from across the room. So I contacted seller requesting authorization for a refund. Seller replied that my request was under review. However, it has been three weeks and I have not hard back from the seller.I am not sure if the device actually works, since it is so loud I wasn't able to use it.I am unsatisfied with the purchase and with the lack of efficient/attentive customer service.UPDATE:Eventually I received a refund from the company.

So Far...
Purchased this once I saw a mouse in our Kitty's mouth. Sister said she uses one & swears by it. Since we plugged it in, we haven't seen any new suprises of this kind from our Kitty. Holding our breath & waiting.

Great!
This thing is superb. Within 24 hours No more field mice. Would highly recommend it. I know it may not work for every one but it has calmed my room mate down by chasing the mice away.

Excellent product
Works wonderfully. Have not seen a mouse since I plugged them in. My family also has had good results in their homes.

Seems to work.
Never saw the bats coming/going under our porch unless our cat caught one, but using this seems to be keeping they away (no more bat snacks for our cat!)
