Initial review (Edit below): I do not understand how this product has got good ratings. The conveyor belt is so thin that upon regular use you are bound to suffer knee, ankle joint issues. In just 2 days use I have got joint pains. The conveyor belt also slips which makes this product quite dangerous to run upon. Only good thing about this product is its sleek designportability and compactness. But treadmill should first serve the purpose. The conveyor belt should have been thicker. It's too thin and it sways. Too hard surface. No inclination also.Edit (11 June 2020):It has turned out to be really a good treadmill. No problems so far. The belt slip can be locked: instructions for it are given in the manual. I did it myself. Technician sent initially when I raised a ticket about the belt slip issue must have not read the manual for this treadmill.The treadmill is really sleek.Its design is really the best thing about it - topnotch.You can track your statistics and also control treadmill via the fitshow app on bluetooth connection but the treadmill has to be in motion for the connection.I left out 1 star for 3 issues:1. Belt is thin so any walking/running without good foam/cushion shoes could be dangerous for joints. I have been using Mizuno wave prophecy shoes with spring action so it's not really an issue for me. Recommend similar kind of shoe.2. I think the speedometer shows a higher reading than actual (maybe, additional 1-2 kmph, so when it shows that you are running on 10 kmph, it actually could be 8 kmph). This is because when I run on the same speed on other treadmills it seems faster requiring more effort.So, the top speed on this treadmill would be around 12 kmph instead of 14 kmph.3. It does not have incline feature but I knew it when I was buying it. Now, I feel I may actually dont need it.Regarding customer support: PowerMax can have expert technician help people troubleshoot the problems over phone rather than having technicians who cant solve the problem visit customers. I recieved few reminders/checks via their call centres on lubrication, preventive maintenance/any issue being faced.Overall, I would recommend this treadmill (alongwith a good pair of shoes) for fitness and go for this treadmill if you are low on space.Edit on 03.08.2020: Rated 5 star, 4 star rating would be injustice to the product.

Starting it is working nice but now a days it is making sound like strucking

Used heavily for 3 weeks, works as advertised. The best thing I like about it is that it doesn’t have too many stupid buttons or an ugly display panel because of which it has a very sleek profile and looks quite tolerable if not pretty in my middle class living room. Also is slightly smaller in terms of length and fits alright.Needless to say I am not preparing for olympics. Will recommend it for normal folks who just want to be able to run without the hassle of waiting in queue at the apartment gym or risking choking on particulates outside or being run over by cabbies.The heart rate monitor on this is almost useless though, takes forever and can’t seem to make up its mind. The app it connect to via Bluetooth can help keep track of runs etc if you have a thing for book keeping etc.

This is a good threadmill for home use.Packaging was good and ontime delivery by amazon.Best thing is the ease of use like assembling within minutes and saving lot of space where you can easily fold it and keep aside. As far as the performance is concerned, even though it is a 2 kw powered motor it takes less power around 300w and on walking load of 60kgs it take a peak power of 400 to 500w as measured with watt hour meter.Connects instantly with mobile app.Running belt is also good after 1 week of usageOne con i found is that... If i connect to mobile app, i am not able to stream music in bluetooth... Iphone xrI will update after one month of use.

It is easy to assemble and install as it comes assembled and is easy to use but the App is difficult to download and install as does not accept the password for your email address.Real value for money if you can purchase it during Amazon sale in @Rs 28000/- with all discounts and free delivery till your home.Only problem which I faced after 5 months of purchase was that the console panel was not working properly but the Powermax customer care and the dealer were very helpful and replaced with new control panel within 5 days and was delivered with DTDC COURIER and with guidance of Powermax engineer got it installed with my engineer within 1 day .I am happy with the product and the customer care.Must buy for all diabetic and Obesity patients.There is no issue of stoppage of motor on excess weight.You have to give oil supplied with machine and give it a free run without bearing weight over the machine 14 km/ hr and then start using the machine.Dont hesitate to buy this machine as the Powermax aftersale customer services are good.

Very good treadmill, easy to use and work s great. Also very convenient to stow.I have been using the product for some time now … have encountered some issues with the treadmill but very difficult to get service. The treadmill is lying unused since no service is available.. they do not respond. Multiple times I have raised the tickets but no response.. no one picks call’s. No response on WhatsApp. Don’t know what to do. Drying clothes on it now.!

Pros1. Works smoothly and you can easily fold the handle at your convenience to save space.2. Sturdy design and lots of belt space to run or do a normal walk.3. Does make little belt noise but overall operation works great and it was fixed after servicing.4. Speed change buttons are straightforward and no fancy confusing stuff.5. Service support is great and they sent engineer who knew what he was doing.Cons.1. This is heavy weight treadmill due to its sturdiness and good quality motor so it's not easy move. Just find a good place and you are good to go.2. Sometimes the belt makes noise but it gets fixed if you apply the spray which they have given. Just like a regular maintenance.Overall verdict.Good treadmill and sturdy design. Go for it.
