This is an under-rated and under-publicised film. Us seals enjoyaction-packed films, and me my phocine friends are big fans of JackieChan. We weren't disappointed by this film.The "spy" bit is not in the sense of James Bond. The story is no moreviolent than other Jackie Chan films and has a sense of humour, but italso contains some disturbing aspects which make the plot quite serious.There is a fair amount of fighting and lots of chasing without resortingto obvious wire or camera tricks, and in this respect it is better thanThe Tuxedo or The Medallion.The subplots are, as seems to be becoming more common in Jackie's films,full of human elements. They warm the cockles of your heart, so to speak,even if the microwave is on the blink so you have to eat cold kippers forsupper. An advantage of living in the sea is that when you cry at a sadpart of the film (and there is a very sad bit in it), nobody notices. Usseals are always crying, mostly because we're full of blubber.Throughout much of the film there are things to laugh at, sometimes thesituation, sometimes the slapstick, and sometimes the inventiveness of thefight and chase scenes. People who like to see bare bottoms will enjoy oneof Jackie's more interesting chases, and I can confirm that his bottomappears to be barnacle-free.Anyway, anybody who likes Jackie Chan (or his bottom) has to buy this;it's their duty, and I'm sure it'll be one of their favourites.

Theres nothing like a naked Jackie Chan running through a Turkish Suk to make a day brighter! Great set piece fight scenes, some different stunts and nice to actually hear Jackie doing his audio rather than a dub. Bad points...week script but thats nothing new for a JC film...although this is better than many.

Another Good Jackie chan Film I Don't Think He Makes A Bad Movie They Are Really Intertaining.

The accidental spy took me by surprise. It has a really tacky cover but when i watched i was pleasently surprised at its complexity and the exciting plot. The action is great and Jackie Chan still impresses!!! Worth watching if you have some mates round. I was confused by the front cover because after watching the film i realised that three of the people on the cover do not even appear in the film and Jackie Chans costume was not worn in the film!!!

Brilliant film just like most of the jackie chan films.

I didn’t like it but my husband did he loves Jackie Chan .

A film to get lost in with all that’s going on in the world

I bought this for my 7 year-old boy, who loves the slapstick action and is a great Jackie Chan fan, as I think all young children are. The proof of how good the film is, is that he will quite happily watch it over again and will giggle at the same bits. To me Jackie Chan is good entertainment value as you can sit and watch it as a family, there is nothing offensive and has good, happy storylines
