It offers perfect neutralisation, thanks to its anti-yellow agents which directly target the hair pigment that causes those warm yellow undertones. With a high concentration of nourishing mineral oil, --BlondMe Developer supports the natural moisture balance of your clients' hair. This rich formula also ensures a reduced water level in the developer which prevents the dilution of colour, alkalisers and peroxides.

lifted to level 8/9, started at level 3 permanent dye on virgin level 6
(TLDR/End Results/Final Comments are toward the bottom, bumpered by two lines)Product Accuracy:I received exactly what is in the picture. The developer was the correct brand.Experience:I have no experience with bleach at all, but I have successfully box dyed my hair multiple times. Always a natural(ish) color. I have always done very well at home and usually pass as natural or having had a salon color job.Hair Type:Curl pattern is 2A- straight(ish) from roots to eyebrows, wavy(ish) from eyebrows to ends. When cut correctly, can be quite wavy, though. My strands are individually very fine, but I have a stupid THICK density- seriously, SO MUCH HAIR. My length is currently about an inch or two below my shoulders with some layering, but not a lot. My scalp is somewhat dry, but not excessively so. I wash my hair once or twice a week and air dry. I've used heat to style maybe three or four times a year over the last few years. I don't use product other than a leave-in conditioner and the occasional oil for frizz. My hair is very healthy and tends to dye well.Natural Hair Color:Very light brown. The tones are more blonde than brown, but the dark shade trumps the ash and gold tones makes me somewhere around a level 6. Maybe a 7 if I’ve been outside a lot.Hair Color when bleaching:Feria Midnight Violet- V28. Probably a level 3. A plummy, violet tinged chocolate, nearly black. I dyed this color over completely virgin hair a little under a week ago.Prep:I’ve done two keratin bonding masks since dying my hair. I did the last one two days ago and only rinsed it out with water. I did not shampoo between the last mask and bleaching. I have used a Moroccan hair oil on my hair one to two times a day since dying, but did not use it on the fat of bleaching.Goal:Last weekend, I intended to dye my hair a dark but vibrant purple, but I left the box on too long, so it only looks purple outside. I wanted to see if I could lift enough to reduce it with Arctic Fox’s Purple Rain without damaging it too much.Process:I did a chunk of hair behind my left ear because I didn’t know if it would go well. In hindsight, bleaching a chunk of hair well/evenly is actually far more difficult than bleaching all your hair, because of the time you have to spend being careful not to bleach other areas of your hair. The chunk was in the shape of a right triangle and started slightly above my ear, about a half an inch behind my hairline. The hypotenuse of the triangle was toward my ear/face, running downward at a backward angle for about 3-4 inches, and the 90º angle was at the back of the left side of my head, making the top leg probably 3 inches. I pulled the rest of my hair into a side ponytail over my right ear.I mixed up a 2:1 bleach/developer ratio. Using one scoop of bleach and half a scoop of developer. This was way too much for this chunk of hair, and I lathered it on heavily. It was a little gritty, but also creamy. Chemical interaction was evident from the smell, and after a few minutes, from the sound and consistency, which smoothed out. The end result was a toothpaste-like consistency.I started with the ends and mid sections of my hair. Initially, I used a brush but eventually settled into using one hand for application and one hand for foiling/holding hair. I parted the chunk of hair into two sections and foiled them as I went. It took me awhile, since I'm to used to foiling and was trying not to bleach other parts of my hair, so the front section bleached well ahead of the second section, and the whole thing took longer than it would have to do that size chunk if I had been doing my whole head. I left it on for about 10-15 minutes. (The back section only got 10 minutes, while the front section got 15 due to my snail-speed.) When I checked the color, the front looked to have lightened to a dark silver lavender. One section at a time, I removed the foiled, parted the section into even smaller sections to be safe, and added bleach to the roots using the brush again for exact placement (avoiding neighboring hair sections I wasn't trying to dye). Then I painted a quick coat down the shaft again to make sure the bleach didn't dry on my mids and ends (bleach doesn't work if it dries). I checked the roots to make sure I thoroughly coated all the strands in the section, and then I refoiled before moving onto the next section. Both sections took together took about 5 minutes. I left the bleach on for another 10 minutes before unfoiling and using the jet setting on my shower head to get all the bleach out.I then thoroughly coated and lathered with a purple shampoo, and before rinsing, wound it loosely around the pointy end of my bleach brush to make a loose bun against the side of my head and clipped it in place with a dye clip. I let it sit for 5 minutes after lathering. I then rinsed it out with the jet setting and applied a purple toning, bonding, keratin conditioning mask. I bunned it again and let it sit for 10 minutes before rinsing with the jet stream. I squeezed the water out, applied a pea-sized amount of Morrocan hair oil, and blow-dryed the chunk of hair.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------TLDR(and End Results/Final Comments)------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------END RESULTS:- End color was a pastel pink/strawberry blond color. Probably a level 8 or 9. I was shocked by how light it got from a 20 volume developer, considering where I started.---> ---> ---> Without toner, the color would do fine under strong purple, pink, red, brown, black, or orange dye.---> ---> ---> I highly doubt blues, greens, yellows, blondes, etc would take without more bleach or a GREAT toner.- My hair lifted surprisingly evenly where I did the process correctly.- My roots were still quite dark, but I denote that to the following mistakes I made:---> ---> ---> By the time I bleached my roots, it had been mixed for 30 or more minutes, making it weaker.---> ---> ---> I should have done my roots 5-10 minutes sooner in the process, just generally speaking.---> ---> ---> I took a LONG time bleaching my shafts because I was so scared of accidentally bleaching other pieces.- My hair was definitely dryer and thinner, but not ruined. I am not concerned about my hair health after using.- I applied Arctic Fox's Purple Rain immediately after drying and left it on for 2 hours. I rinsed it out with water, applied another keratin mask for 5 minutes, rinsed that, applied more Moroccan hair oil, dried my hair, and then applied more Moroccan hair oil. The color took perfectly and evenly. My hair is shiny and soft. It looks healthy, even.FINAL COMMENTS:- Keratin Bonding masks and Moroccan hair oil are a necessary part of the process.- The lift is super impressive- at least on my "dyed-once-very-dark-in-the-last-week-over-natural-light-brown-fine-healthy-hair".- I will never bleach only a chunk of my hair ever again.- I will bleach the roots earlier in the process.- I will leave the bleach on a little bit longer on the rest of my head.I will post pictures when I do my whole head. I think it will be this weekend (first weekend of December), but I'm not sure. I need the chunk I just bleached and dyed purple to lighten/fade enough for it to be easy to separate out from the rest of my hair. I don't want to accidentally bleach it again.

Love this bleach!
This bleach is really good. I have natural black hair and i’ve been blonde since 2020 using this bleach. Although you CAN NOT achieve a Light blonde with just one application and olaplex, you can still do it gradually. Always start with a 20 vol. developer to ensure you don’t burn off your hair. Also, when I day gradually I don’t mean one day after the other. Wait at least a month or 2 to do a second application so you don’t end up with 3 hairs! LoL Disclaimer i’m not a professional. I just save money by doing my own hair.

Bleach Beauty
I found these products to be very easy to use and it did not burn, nor was there a bad smell. After ensuring that the bleach and developer were mixed smoothly; I found it easy to apply.

Bonds hair
Lifts and tones all at once. I was only going to use it to lift my old color but have received so many complements on the rich blonde that I’m leaving my hair as is!

My hair is still healthy after bleaching
Grew out my hair a good 6 in before I decided I needed to re-dye. 2 bleach sessions later and a good wella toner and my hair is staying healthy following redken conditioner.
