Unit used in hair salon. Of the stylist who use it, they say it works well and they really like it. One annoying thing though, is when you raise or lower the head unit, it really makes a screeching noise. Coil spring inside, rubs on tube. Inside of tube should be lined with plastic. Just a thought. They don't seem to want to correct it, even though other reviewers mentioned it for years.

This is a great quality item at an affordable price.My only complaint: the part of the stand where you adjust to raise or lower the height, squeaks like nails on a chalkboard. I'm going to try some wd40 to lube it up.Besides that, it is stable on the base, sturdy, easy to use, quiet, and generates the most comfortable heat. It will get HOT you don't even have to turn it up very high. 😀

I paint a ton of Balayage and after using it 1 day in the salon I am already in LOVE!! Super easy to put together, love the features. The only thing I would change would the stand it's on is a bit wobbly and it take up a decent amount of floor space, although it is on wheels. All in all, worth every penny!Update: shortly after receiving this product there was a malfunction causing the item to get extremely hot even when no program had been selected just sitting idle. Contacted seller, sent video of the insanely high temps it was putting off and the seller was not empathic or concerned that this could have caused extreme harm if a guest had been processing. Wanted me to pay shipping both ways, tried to sell me a new one.... buyer beware...

There was no info on how to use the control panel of the dryer. Is there a way to obtain this info/guide? Also, the neck rest will not stay on. One screw stays in. The other won't. How do you fix this? Thank you.

Exactly the same dryer that Buy Rite Beauty is selling for $1015. I returned two from that company because the neck fan rattled so loudly. Figured this couldn’t be any worse and was super surprised when it came and was the exact same product that I bought for three times the price the month before. This dryer works great and is very quiet. I will be buying three more for my salon.

It’s not as sturdy as I would want it to be. every time I turn it off it makes loud sounds.

I give it a 5 star for the price versus what you get and the people at the company. So the stand is pretty flimsy like most that look like this, but the heating source works great and the people at the company said if there's any problem, easy to exchange or return. Mine was wobbling when it was in orbit and they gave me a new one with no questions. Its been great for my balayage and paid for itself with in a week.
