Great customer service
Great customer service, I had a little trouble installing (my fault not theirs) and we linked up through TeamViewer in within a couple of minutes they had it installed and working flawlessly. Thank you so much Azercom

It worked but way out of date
Took 4 updates for the comm adapter to read an engine but it did work

Simply doesn’t work
This product would not just work even with all my efforts and the support I received from customer support. The initial response from the customer support was that it only works on 24V but even when I connected the device to 24V it still did not work. Unfortunately I am not able to return the product because of the shipping cost involved; the item is already out of the USA.

Getting installed and set up is tricky
Seems to be working with the cat but the instructions were hard to follow since everything they clicked on in the videos was in an Asian language. Once I got it figured out though seems to be working well!
