My favorite for over 40 years.
I use these as MTB grips, bar end grips, and on my Jones Loop Bars. Easy to cut to size; I use them short with Gripshifters, and long on my Jones Bars. Be sure get the Maxi model, the foam quality on the cheaper foam grips aren't nearly as good as the Maxi's. Use generous amounts of rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to install (and remove, too). Note that if you are using them on flat bars, you are essentially getting two pairs of grips per package.

The jury is out on long time longevity, but installations is a bear!
Received these shortly before cold weather hit. Went to put them on in 40 degree weather, with grips and bars soaped up and couldn't get the first, center section of the 4 grips past the curve in the bars. Heated water on the stove till I could barley put my hand it it, and submerged the grips. They went on now with soap, but still none too easily even with wearing leather gloves to grip them better, and me being a weight lifter. The material seems to be a lot denser than Sunlite foam grips, but sunlight grips were much easier to get on. The older grab on grips use to have a painted on logo on them. The material also seemed to have a coarser grain to them. Curious to see what their longevity will be and if it was worth the battle to get them installed.

Does not work with modern configuration of brakes and shifters on drop handlebars
This is an old, and in my past experience, wonderful product. But my current advice to sellers is "Don't sell this product to people with modern drop handbar brake and shifter configurations." You would have to take apart everything, shoehorn the grips over the cable housings, cut the grips in places for housing egress. I got intimidated, asked two bicycle mechanics. One flat out refused. One said he would charge $30 an hour, it would take several and he could not guarantee success. The grips lie unused in my basement. This was not the seller's fault but the manufacturer's who did not post a warning: modern drop-out handlebar configurations are not good candidates for this kind of grip.

Thick racing-style handlebar padding
If you have ridden a bike with racing handle bars, then you know the difficult summer choice between aching sore palms, or sweaty gloved hands. With these thick handlebar covers, you can toss the gloves and ride bare-handed in cool comfort. Yes, there are cheaper, thinner handlebar covers, but you will regret buying them. For only a few dollars more, these thick covers do the job. They were easy to install on my bike and they last many years.

Only solution for road handlebars
No bartape can match these, especiallly if you ride in the rain. Bartape will come off easily in the rain but these solve that problem. They are vastly superior to the cheaper Sunlite foam grips. Much thicker foam for better durability and vibration dampening. Also made in America! Only downside is the difficulty of installation. One must use laundry (not dish) soap and a strong towel to install these, using a twisting motion and a firm grip. Expect to spend a couple of hours if my experience is normal.

The BEST for avoiding tingling fingers
I use these on my road and mountain bikes. Not too cushy, not too hard. These are better for Mountain bikes than their Mountain Bike grips I find because their mountain bike grips have ridges, and those lead to tingling for me.

Good replacements for my excercise equipment
I exercise at home and have equipment with foam grips. These grips get worn out over time and break away. These bike handle bar grips fit well. They can be easily cut to the right length and with a little oil slip easily into position.
