Brighter than originals.
I own a 15-year old Infiniti coupe. One headlight burned out. Replaced both with these bulbs.I clean my dull plastic headlights regularly, but I cannot get into the inside of the headlight, so some dullness remains. This also diminishes the amount of light that gets through. I expected a small improvement with new bulbs. I was amazed at the improvement. The light passes through my plastic lens covers with significant brightness and clarity of light.Based upon my results, I would recommend.

Works for 2008 Avalon with HID
Bulb fits my 2008 Avalon with HID headlights. I just replaced one side, and the other side still holds the Philips D4R (OEM I assume). This new D4R seems slightly brighter than the old Philips one, which could be due to bulb age or headlamp's exterior condition. There is no discernible color temperature difference between the two bulbs.I am happy with the purchase so far. Only thing to see now is how long will the bulb last. It has worked well for past 3 days. If it goes out in a few weeks, I will come back and update the review.

Good, quality bulbs with good light output
These fit my 08 Prius like a glove, and have a good brightness to them. My primary symptom was the headlight flickering during use (on the old bulb), and putting these in fixed that. I personally would’ve picked a warmer color if I had better researched this, but that’s just a preference. The brightness and color temperature I bought as standard for good HID bulbs.I’ll update this review after a few months of use, but they seem like they’ll be long lasting, quality bulbs.

Defective and Dim in a 2007 Prius
These bulbs were dangerously dim when installed in my 2007 Prius. The blurb on the Amazon site says that they are multiple times brighter than the standard issue bulbs. THEY ARE NOT. In fact, the two new bulbs installed in my car performed much more poorly than driving with just the one workable bulb I had after the other one burned out. After a 10 minute checkout drive on a rainy night in Seattle I decided to no longer drive my car at night until the new bulbs are replaced. And, one of the bulbs will not switch from low to high beams. Even if they performed adequately I would have to pay a mechanic to make another replacement.I plan on replacing both new bulbs with the manufacturer approved bulbs. This will cost me another $100. Learn from my expensive lesson and don't buy these bulbs for a 2007 Prius.

Nice, bright, even output
So far so good in a 2007 prius, but only time will tell. I know how fickle HID bulbs can be if even a speck of dust gets in them, so I took every precaution and cleaned everything prior to installing, wore clean latex gloves when handling the bulbs, only touching the base. So hopefully these last longer than what some people (who I suspect don't know to keep the bulbs clean) are getting.

So Far So Good
So far so good. The light color was a perfect match for the 2017 Jeep Cherokee I installed it. There were lots of mixed reviews about quality and such but I found it to be designed well, to look exactly like the OEM I removed, and had worked perfect since it was installed. And the price for a 2-pack is absolutely worth because even if one goes bad quickly, you already have a backup.

Both Bulbs Crapped out
When I installed the 1st bulb it wouldn't work, after my neighbor pulled up being a mechanic he noticed that it would come on and flutter then go off, so he checked the connections and they were good so we tried the 2nd bulb and so far it has worked fine, although it has only been one whole day, fingers crossed.Update: The 2nd bulb was also a dud so I had to get a bulb from advance auto for 85.00 and it hasnt failed yet. So I don't know if these bulbs are just crap or I got 2 bad bulbs in the same pack, either way I will not be buying from them again.

WORKING for 2008 Touring Prius!
Update 9/6/19 - Ugh...right light is intermittently going out. Have to turn on and off to get to stay on. I'm cursed.Seems great so far. Had a dealer install. Wish I could have, after watching so many install videos. Just didn't feel brave enough. Very good brightness level. My only dream is that they last now!
