This is a really fun, comfy, useful pillow! (See below for info that refutes some of the bad reviews!) I saw it and immediately thought of a younger family member that loves to bake all kinds of yeast breads and thought they would love the humor and comfort in it. I bought one for each of us because of the great price and they arrived on time packaged together in a bigger Amazon box. I thought of giving this as one of their birthday gifts, as the size of the individual boxes they come in are medium sized and could easily be wrapped up for a present, but I decided I couldn't wait to see the look on their face right now (bday is over 6 months away) so I gave it as an I love you just for fun, 'It's Thursday' gift. :) Needless to say, we opened them together yesterday and they puffed right up once we opened up the plastic compression bag! They look SO realistic! (At first they vaugely smelled of fresh bread! Nice touch! That wore off by today though.) They have regular poly batting inside and a zipper so you could add more if you wanted or take some away, but we LOVE them exactly as they are. The zipper hole IS NOT TINY as another reviewer stated! I have medium sized hands and have room to spare. The opening is 7 inches long and opens up plenty wide, which is perfectly reasonable. It DEFINITELY WOULD NOT be 'Agonizing' to add some fiber fill or remove it if you just wanted to wash the cover. That's an extreme exageration. If you're petite they can be used as a mini body pillow. The recipient of this gift is just above 5 feet tall and small stature and they used it both while sitting in a wing chair watching tv that evening and then they took it to bed and slept with it all night very comfortably with their head on it hugging it. They were SO HAPPY this morning! YAY! Score for baguette! :) I took mine to lean on while I watched tv in bed and then pulled it up to go under my head and lean on while I took a short nap partialy on my side which is extremely rare for me to be able to do even partially. I have severe advanced rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and other autoimmune diseases (short version- I'm physically disabled with a tremendous amount of pain, discomfort and other physical issues) and I slept happily and cozy with this fun, soft pillow. I actually have it supporting my arm that holds my tablet right now and it's very comfortable and it makes me smile! :) (I'm not as much a baker, but used to be a Chef and am Italian and French so proper bread is a HUGE deal in my family...all the more humerous for us! :) My family and I got a good laugh at what it looked like in my adult bedroom! I'll definitely be using it daily in bed and around the house for multiple uses. It's soft and squishy, but with a bit of firmness. Perfect for arm support, head bolster, mini body pillow (I'm 5'6"), lap pillow, leg support or just to lean on and pet the soft cover. It was a really great price (less than the smaller sizes) and on Day 2 we are both very happy with it! I was really hoping it would be both fun AND useful as I'm not a fan of cluttering my home with usless stuff and so far it's exactly what I wished for! It does it's job and a bit more for a novelty pillow so what more could one ask for! I will update if anything changes. I really hope it won't change at all! Give yourself and a friend an 'It's Thursday' gift like I did. You won't be disappointed! ENJOY!!!!:)

So soft and cozy - my entire family (people, cat and dogs) fight over the bread pillow. It goes on car trips with us because it is such a convenient size for in the vehicle.

Fabric type: "Cotton". Fill Material: "Cotton". Both are incorrect / wrong! Both materials are man made. I am guessing polyester cover and "3D PP cotton filler" = polyester doll filler, pillow filler, audio speaker filler..., which are both modern polyester material. Easy to clean, wear resistant, washable, dryable and more importantly, super soft and comfortable. Ordered 2 for the 7 years old twins. They love it. So does the wife, so will order 2 more soon (I want my own). On sale now so good price. Soft and Comfortable and just the right amount of give and support and cool to the touch. Modern graphics and paint. Pretty realistic under the right light and angle. Kids use on the couch, in bed and on long car trips, a must -sleeping, support... Happy with purchase. Measures the length they advertise, but the pics are misleading, I think. Not super full inside, so it's kinda not the bes quality.

Bought this for a costume prop and now use it as my body pillow. Soft, fluffy, great to snuggle with. Light weight.

All my daughter's friend wanted was a baguette plushie- so we ordered this in as a gag gift to fulfill her fantasy wish. Be forewarned, though, the box is clearly labeled as a bread plushy, and inside it looks like a shriveled turd. It takes a bit of time to expand fully after being removed from the vacuum-sealed bag, so make sure you unpack it before you give this to someone. Once expanded it will no longer fit in the box. One more thing that would make it perfect, give it a scent in the vacuum sealed bag of fresh baked bread- wouldn't that be awesome??

This is our third year buying the bread loaf pillow for Christmas for the same kid. He loves them and is making a collection. He sleeps with them every night. The one we got 2 years ago is still in great shape.

This fluffed up so well when opened, stays firmly fluffed so supports well - my daughter loves it.

It needed an entire extra bag of stuffing that I had to go purchase from the store. There is a zipper side, so it was easy to fill. Otherwise, as expected. Overpriced, but it was a gift and they loved it.
