New Potty Pee Training Toilet for Boy--orange

My son was initially very excited about this little urinal, but it's not super sturdy. It comes off of the wall and the toilet a bit too easily for its target users, creating more of a mess than I'd prefer. We used it for about a week and put it away. Perhaps this would work for little little ones, but once the newness wore off, my 3 year old still prefers the regular toiler with a step stool.

My two year old is starting to be interested in going potty, but he wants nothing to do with sitting while he does it. Not on the big potty, and not on the toddler potty chair. So this seemed like the perfect solution. He took to it right away and instantly knew what it was for (once we set it up, of course). It's a little wobbly hanging over the side of the toilet bowl, but that was a better option for us than mounting on a wall somewhere. It hangs at a perfect height for his little 3-foot size, and is easy to dump. He's only used it a couple of times, so it's hard to grade it completely, but so far, I haven't seen any splash-back or anything. We are happy with this, and for the price, it's definitely worth trying out!... Now, if only I can convince my son to sit for #2...

Our son is only 2 1/2, but with a sibling on the way and the hope of having only one in diapers, this made the transition from sitting on the big potty with a bit of aiming trouble, very smooth. We have used the hook for the big toilet as well as the suction cups for inside our shower. Again, we had some aiming issues in the beginning, it was nice to have an option to stick the urinal to the shower wall - WAY easier to clean than actual walls. It is an affordable training tool and makes our little guy feel like a big boy. The only issue is the suction cups aren't the strongest and have fallen off the wall in the middle of the night, not while using it, but we just take the toilet off the wall unless our son is using it. Overall recommend if you are working with a boy!

This is a great tool for boys that are not exactly tall (as is my son's case), but the only thing I would say is a 'con' is that I have to pick it up and dump it... I like him going right in the toilet instead

Great with toilet seat hook! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the hook on the urinal that hooks onto the toilet hook or wall mount is not quite long enough. If they had made it just a little bit longer my almost 2yr old would not be able to knock the urinal off by lifting his knee. we have had a couple messes because of that. Now that we have had it for 3 months he has not done that in quite a while and it really is less messy than having him sit to pee. it is SUPER easy to rinse even in a smaller sink.

My girlfriend's son (3 years old) likes this urinal. He knows that no one else will use it and he is at that age where he likes having his own belongings.

Doesn't fit my toilet and my child has no interest so it will sit untouched until I find someone who wants

I mean.. if hed use it it might be ok...
