Works as advertised, keeps my macaron perfectly shaped!
The media could not be loaded. Exactly as described, the thickness of the mat is not as thick as other brands I’ve seen, but it is a fraction of the price and it works as advertised. Easy to clean. I especially like this smaller size because it fits on smaller baking pans and in smaller ovens. The grooves keep my macarons perfectly shaped (especially useful for beginner bakers)A few tips when using the mat:1. Pipe the batter so that it’s just inside the grooves, the batter will spread to fill the grooves when you tap the pan on the counter.2. Bake the macarons for 2 more minutes than your usual recipe when using parchment paper. Silicone more heat resistance so the cookies need a couple more minutes of cooking to avoid sticking3. Allow the macarons to completely cool down before removing, they should pop off pretty easier. If they’re sticking to the mat, that means they are either undercooked or not completely cooled.

Small Macarons, but uniform!!
I’ve been making macarons for years, and usually use parchment paper with a template of circles hand drawn out on the reverse side. That has worked for years, but always a pain to have to draw the circles out, and of course, I’m no pro and the macarons don’t come out uniformly in size and play the matching game when piping filling.I was always hesitant to buy these type of silicon mats because I didn’t think they would work and macarons would just end up a sticky mess on them. Like many of the other reviewers here, wish I would have gotten them sooner. Macarons are uniform in size, the macarons pop right off (as long as you have fully baked them and allowed them to COMPLETELY cool). They are easy to clean. They don’t quite fit 2 to a half sheet pan, and when you overlap the mats and pipe onto only the flat portions of the mat, they somehow don’t bake evenly.I would love for the a version of these mats with larger size circles as well.

They work
Worked pretty well for me. 4 mats fit my recipe for shells with 1+1/2 cups of almond flour & 1+1/4 cups powdered sugar. I have to be very careful about how much batter I place into each circle, so they don’t connect into one long ugly macaroon. Creases in the middle may add to this problem, unfortunately. I had to place baking sheets on the mats overnight to flatten them down and reduce creases. Macaroon size is also smaller than typical, but this is not a big deal. To achieve complete cleanliness after baking, I soak them in just water overnight, then give each circle a light scrub with a sponge. Great purchase for a person who isn’t going to dedicate years to practice perfectly shaped macaroons, but wants to please family & friends with this delicate treat.

Cooking
The forms are bent and the Macaron will not cook properly in that area, They should either be rolled or shipped flat.

Just what I needed!
This is just what I was looking for to make perfect macarons. It's so frustrating to go to the trouble of making these little pastries only to have them come out different sizes and not quite round. With the raised guides, it's easy to pipe the dough into perfect, uniform circles.

Come with crease from folding to ship
After some practice I love the mat, but am still trying to get the crease out from shipping.
