Was this item returned? My HP warranty has expired. I have no problems with the product and model and quite happy with the purchase, except for the "registration part" and finding out the warranty has expired since it's supposedly a brand new laptop. It's such a hassle as there's no easy way to dispute the expiration. The laptop model isn't the latest and it isn't top of the line but if you are on a budget then this could be for you. Looks 👍 great. Performs great! it's not as cheap as I wanted it to be after taxes but it certainly is cheaper still.

So as you all know, earlier this year I bought the HP Pavilion Gaming 15 core i5-8300H and had a hiccup that was resolved if you read my review on that one. This time I bought the newer core i5-9300H model for a friend and I must say I love this new design. It has larger vents for better air flow; 2 settings for the light in the keyboard (dim and bright green); the monitor is a bit more sturdy then the first which is a plus. Overall this machine is definitely a 5 out of 5 for the price bracket.

I got this laptop to play the Sims on. I know. But hear me out. I have over 15 gigs of cc and mods added into my game and this computer handles it easily. No-fuss, no muss. I also use it when I have to work from home and the systems that my call center uses are no lightweight systems. Again, this laptop handles my remote desktop easily, without even the slightest sound of a roaring fan, like my old laptop.

Battery life is bad but to be expected. I upgraded with an extra 8 gb ram stick (it came with one 8 gb stick). Laptop was very difficult to open up without scratching the cover. Performance is excellent. Weight is lighter than I expected.

The laptop was exactly what I needed for minimal gaming and using a work laptop!! This was perfect!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This vendor that sold me the laptop was very prompt, very helpful, and did everything to make sure the order is exactly what I asked for!

I was able to run Sims 4 and all of my expansion and game packs with no issues whatsoever. The game now starts quick and loads faster. It’s great for both gaming and school work. I like the thin, sleeker design. The battery is pretty good depending on what you’re doing and the light up keyboard allows me to see what I’m doing even in dimly lit rooms. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with it. Very happy I bought this laptop

THIS IS LAPTOP. IT IS GOOD LAPTOP. IT PLAYS MANY GAMES, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE DEFINITELY MUCH MORE POWERFUL GPUS TO BE FOUND IN MORE EXPENSIVE LAPTOP. I AM HAPPY. IT IS PRETTY.

Great PC for daily use. Can run any application with ease. I don’t use it for gaming but I’m sure it would power through that too.
