I work at a bar in Southern California and we purchased this Frozen Drink Machine. Our guests absolutely loved the drinks we made with it! The Set up for these machines is really easy and the back up parts and manual they give you make it so easy! There are even instructions on how to freeze the drink properly with sugar content in the manual - which as a bar manager is lifesaving!!! Not only do they offer amazing customer support they also give you back up pieces incase you need extras. Honestly would recommend 1000%. Great company, great customer service!!!!

This thing is a piece of junk. It drips constantly. One side stopped working, then started working again after turning it off and on several times. Now it has completely stopped working and we are down to using just one side.. it is a lot of money to spend on a product that stopped working before we had even had it for two months. It is still new, has been well taken care of and only used on weekends and is already broken. I contacted the seller before resorting to a review to see if they would resolve it this. They have offerred to send a new motor but I don’t know how to install a new one and we have even tried to search on the internet how to do it. Offering to replace parts is already an admission by the company that something is wrong. I want my money back or a new machine. I buy a lot from Amazon and rely on the fact that Amazon is good to do business with but this is another seller using Amazon and I don’t feel like they meet Amazon standards of customer service and the product is not worth the money. Businesses can’t afford to invest in expensive equipment that they expect to be able to use for a long time just to have it break in the first couple months. I would recommend dealing with another seller and buying a different machine if you need to invest in equipment to make slushees.

Works great! Used it for one son’s rehearsal dinner and the other son’s engagement party. We like that you can have frozen on one side and on the rocks on the other side. Freezes the liquid in an or less. Great purchase

Sat in storage for 6 months since we weren't ready to open yet. This is the biggest, most expensive piece of junk I think I've ever purchased. BOTH motors burnt out before the six month mark- had extreme problems with "customer" support.And my girls are meticulous about cleaning. Placed in an open-air area, so not overheating. Vevor's alleged customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I will never buy anything with that name on it.We finally got done dealing with Vevor and bought another brand.

It’s wonderful if you’re not doing margaritas, daiquiris or any other alcoholic beverage. Doesn’t say that in description. I’m sending it back for that reason. Slush temperature only goes to -4.6. Needs at least -7 for the fun stuff.

Easy to put together. It came with a few dents and one of the slushy compartments was broken but the company quickly sent new.

This unit did not work properly. When unit arrived, the only function that would operate was the paddles would turn. There was no power to the control board. Took the unit to an electrical technician's shop where they discovered that the interface cable was not connected to the control panel. The technician corrected the issue and tested that all functions now had power. I paid for the repair and took the unit back to our work place. Unit powered up and all functions appeared to be working. Mixed up a liquid base of margarita mix and water and filled the tanks. Operated the unit for several hours and the liquid did not slush up. NOTE: There was no alcohol in the liquid, the unit never got cold enough. Brought in a Refrigeration Technician who completely inspected the unit and noted that the compressor would only operate for approximately 90 seconds and then kick off. After paying that invoice, i had several conversations with Vevor Customer Service who could not resolve this issue and placed be in contact with the overseas manufacturer. Repeated emails resolved nothing with this, and I requested a return shipping invoice. When I took the item to our local UPS store for packaging and return, I was charged $359.19 to return this item! In all, i spent over $750.00 and countless labor hours for a product that never functioned properly. I have ordered several items through Amazon, some repeatedly, and i am completely dissatisfied with this service.

Original review: Perfect for the wine slushies at our winery!Dragon Queen Winery, Grayson GA.2nd Update: I upgraded the rating to 4 stars. Here's why and I'm going to tell you. They responded to my email within 24 hours, offered to send a replacement motor for the one that burnt out. It arrived within a week. Now, for me, it was easy to replace, but I'm comfortable working on stuff like that. They did not offer help on fixing the leak, so that part was on me. I used food grade silicon to seal the problem area, filled the tub and did a leak test for 4 hours. No water leaking, replacement motor works, so we are back in business.UPDATE: After 5 months of use, one side developed a leak at the back where the motor turns the auger. The leak dripped onto the motor causing it to burn out. Now we are left with only 1 side working, and it looks like that might be leaking too. Only a matter of time before this is completely broken. Bad investment for $1500. Didn't even last a year. Velor's website shows a warranty of 12 months. I emailed their customer service with photos and a copy of my Amazon receipt. Should I hear back from them, I will update this review. Until then, stay away and DO NOT BUY.
