This product works great. I've used it on Steaks and Ribs (I recommend smoking meats prior to the cooking or searing process, as I find you get greater smoke in less time than after using it after meats are cooked). I've also used on a few cocktail creations. I like the variable speed option it has, as well as it's weighty enough that you don't have to worry about it tipping over when your moving the hose or food around. Some of the portable smokers out there are extremely light and hard to work with.
