My favorite!
When I got my puppy 9 months ago, holistic select was the brand recommended to me by family friend who is very involved in the dog world and dog health. She has 5 dogs and informed me that this food will provide long lasting health benefits to my pooch and possibly keep her healthy for longer. Her oldest dog is currently 16 so I believe her! I started my dog on this version of their puppy food which they no longer make anymore but I am still able to get here on Amazon or Chewy, but Amazon is cheaper as I have Prime a do not have to pay for shipping. And if you are like me you wait till the last minute to buy your dog food so i love that it comes so quickly. My dog loves it, although she really knows no different. Soon she will be switching to their adult food.

6 month schnauzer puppy wolfs it down
she never refuses it, poop is good/not smelly and regular, her mega coat is great, she is growing, her energy level and stamina is great to see as we move forward thru her being in her puppy walk, sit, watch and carry phase

Gave 2 puppies semi diarrhea.
Anecdotal feedback but it gave my two 6 lbs puppies really really soft poop immediately. On occasion is was diarrhea. Gave it about 8 days for them to get used to it - same for the entire period. Once I changed the food to something else their poop went to solid right after the next feeding.With that said they seemed to like the taste of it so if your pup has constipation this is not too bad I guess. I hate throwing away the food so I'm currently mixing this one with the food that works for them at a ratio of 1-to-6. But it's too expensive to have to play games with it. Too bad.
