Overall it is good board for feet and ankles exercises. Though it is not appropriate for heavy person, it can break down.

I bought this balance board because it is identical to one being used to help me rehab from an injury, and I wanted one for my home when I graduate from PT. Although it will also be a good addition to the home gym once I have recovered. I got it at a great price and it arrived quickly - very pleased.

I have had this piece of exercise equipment several years. I like the adjustable feature. It has not deteriorated at all. Good as the day I received it. I just bought a second one for my office at our church.
