Honestly I'm really glad I purchased and it works immediately. I can get really stressed out and anxious and it helps so much with that. Doesnt make you feel groggy or out of it, just calm and stable and I'm able to get through my day without having any problems and side effects.It doesnt make my stomach feel upset like some other natural remedies have and I appreciate that there are no additives like magnesium stearate in it. It's also nice that there is basically a years supply in the bottle which also cuts down on waste. Customer service is also very nice. Just an all around good product.

I read the 1 star reviews; after taking it for a while, knowing that it is working just as expected, I do believe that it is likely that they got the "heated"/bad batch. I had those batches of vitamins before; left in the car or in the sun at the door step for too long, and the potency was destroyed by the heat. L-Theanine is especially sensitive to heat I imagine as it being an amino acid. Without knowing it, people of course would naturally blame the product directly. I have alert set, so I'll get the packages as soon as it's dropped off at door to avoid this. I think that is the best way; make sure these vitamins arrive on Saturday/Sunday and always have the alerts ready to inform you when they arrive.

The best I’ve found so far. Not full of gross fillers, perfect price point and USA sourced... it’s not full of the disgusting fillers most all of the other brands have, which means less good stuff and more useless ingredients that just give most people“stomach issues”...If you’re looking for legit L-Theanine, look no farther... this is the perfect product at the perfect price. So thankful to have found this brand after buying so much rubbish, and overpriced questionable imported Rubbish at that!

I have had improvement to my time to sleep, quality of sleep and duration of sleep on most nights. It's not a perfect answer to people who have serious issues with sleep, but an nice addition to other strategies I already have in place. Adding has allowed me to only wake once a night for a bathroom trip and I easily go back to sleep, miracle. I do not take rx sleep medications because I don't feel the risks out weigh the benefits. I take two caps, they are large, but I swallow big pills without issue. It is not the largest capsule, but I know generally people would could consider this a large capsule. I think this is a quality product. Additional things I like is no fillers, quantity in the bottle and the price. Worth trying if you have sleep issues, it may help.

I've dealt with anxiety (panic) most of my life, far worse than anyone I've ever met and this stuff works well at relieving it. Not as good as prescriptions but it's not too far behind either. It helps a ton with sleep as well.. I can take it during the day without it making me tired and another dose before bed to help relax and get good deep sleep. Worth every penny! For years I took tranquilizers for my panic attacks. Within days of taking 2 of another product (which had some l-theanine), I realized the I was calming down. I take just one of these and there are no attacks and at just 1/5th the price! The product is so good, I sent to a bottle to my granddaughter, who's in her senior year of college and is understandably anxious. Definitely will take this forever.

I don't know what this powder is, but I'm pretty sure it's not Theanine. It has no taste or odor, and also no effect. I took another supplement brand and noticed the effect after about 30 minutes. I think we got conned to buy a bunch of nothing from a third-party seller using some old bottles that they dug out of the manufacturer's trash when they discontinued this product. Hopefully it's only rice powder or magnesium sterate.

I was having a lot of anxiety before I started taking these and they have so helped me. Clarity of mind, much less anxiety. Will buy again and I've already recommended to other friends. And the year's supply is well worth the money. Excellent product and the milligrams are higher than other brands I have taken. Which has been beneficial to me
