Light reflecting coverage
Have been using this for quite a long time. It I use over foundation in areas which need more but light reflecting coverage.

Light, dewey and is two products in one!
Normally I use Lancome Effacernes concealer mixed with Armani highlighter for my every day makeup routine, but I was out of concealer and my color was out of stock so I bought this Magic Lumi to use in the meantime and was very impressed! It is like having highlighter and concealer in one moisturizing formula. The highlighter works beautifully under the eyes and anywhere you desire a youthful, dewey look, and the formula is light and easy to blend. On days when I am headed to the gym or want a natural, bare faced look, I can swipe it under my eyes and use a minimal amount as a highlighter for other areas, and it seamlessly blends with my natural skin tone without the use of foundation. I just set it with a light dusting of powder and it lasts for a long time (even looks good after a run or cardio class! ) and it does not feel heavy or greasy. This is a light coverage concealer, so it will not provide full coverage for dark circles, but I have layered it with my Effacernes concealer at times when I want a more glam look, and it blends well with my foundation and keeps a subtle glow. The only con is that it is a small pen, so there is not much product and I went through it rather quickly, but for the price it is well worth it!

Pleasantly Surprised
I usually buy elf's flawless brightening concealer pen but they ask too much for my color now and I found this at a reasonable price and thought I'd give it a shot. It arrived early, like real early. I tried it almost immediately. The tip is thin plastic-like bristles but very flexible. This is the only bad thing about the product so far: It took a long time (178 clicks or turns) to see the product in the tip (pic included). One hundred seventy-eight times. Yes, I counted them. That's almost 4 times the clicks that elf's took. I don't understand why so many clicks to get it going? Anyway, I included a pic of just moisturizer on before any product and a finished pic. They are sharpened so they look a little grainy. I have dark circles and hollows under my eyes that look much worse than these pics for some reason. This product surprised me, I only had to put on one application when with elf's, I had to put on multiple layers to see a difference and it still didn't cover this well. I had to use a regular concealer on top of elf's. Let me tell you something. Not only did I apply this only once, I did not top it with another concealer. I was amazed. I only used my ring finger to pat it into my skin gently. And it blended well with Wet n Wild's Photo Focus Dewy Foundation in Rose Ivory. I didn't use setting powder but a setting spray instead. It's been 8 hours since I put my make-up on and my under eyes still look just as good. I also have dry skin for reference and my under eyes aren't looking dry. I really wanted elf to win this battle of brightening concealer pens but not this time. I will be continuing to use L'Oreal Paris Magic Lumi Highlighting Concealer. I love it. They just need to fix the issue with the slow start with too many clicks. Edit: Lasted only 3 weeks.

Fantastic Concealer For Dark Circles or Hollows Under Your Eyes
I have olive skin that doesn't really wrinkle even though I"m almost 50, but I've always dark circles under my eyes. The shade of my skin is light to medium, but I really intentionally wanted to get fair as I wanted this as a highlighter and something that would distract from my dark circles and lighten up my face. Few things really seem to cover the dark circles. This stuff however is the most amazing stuff I've ever tried for my under eye circles; it doesn't so much "cover" them as replaces them with light, but the end result is they are not visible. Rather than try to fill in the whole under-eye area, I dab this stuff on in the deepest hollow of the eye and tap it on with my finger. I don't rub it in but allow it to soak in, and if necessary remove any excess. I also use this amazing stuff right under my eyebrows and right on top of my cheeks where the top of the cheekbone is. It lights up my face and makes it look luminous. I think the trick to this product is that you don't use it as a concealer and don't apply it heavily. I have tried all sorts of expensive concealers but this light reflector looks better than anything I've ever tried. I also tried it on a friend who is much younger and does not have olive skin but rather caucasian pinkish skin. In her case, I put it under her eyes (she does have hollows even though in her 20s), and also under the brow and on top of the cheekbone. It gave her a boost of luminosity, and lit up her face.

WORKED VERY WELL TO ACCENTUATE CHEEK AND BROW BONES
I have never used or needed a "highlighter" and now that I'm in my 60's, I need one now. I'm a huge L'Oreal fan so decided to try their brand. I'm fair skinned so ordered Fair. It was so light I couldn't use it under my eyes to hide the shadows, it still showed through.( It was thinner than I thought it would be) However it was perfect to highlight under my eye brows (brow bone) and just used a daub on top my cheek bones. Worked beautifully. I only gave it 3 stars because it was of a thin consistency and it didn't do exactly as advertised...but that was for ME. Everyone's skin tone is different and has different needs. If you have purchased, used and love L'Oreal cosmetics, I'd give this a try. Want to return!
I have bought Maybelline light for years. Amazon out of this color. Suggested I get this. It’s also called “Lumi”. I made the mistake of buying 3 so to have ready on hand. This fair L’Oreal is an ugly white pink color, like a mask! Awful. Not a human color! Now I cannot return the 2 I didn’t open, that are shrink wrap sealed shut!!! Very expensive too! Over twice as much as Maybelline. Why? The name?? I didn’t know I couldn’t return. I was ordering so much from Amazon for Christmas, that I just threw it in!! Now $50 lost!!! Need to find a pink ghost to give it to! If sealed up, why no returns???? I’m bummed.
