ASCII Stick - Sega Saturn

Got it yesterday and played it for a few hours last night. Loved it!! It is relatively noisy due to the microswitches clicking while the stick moves, but it's not that big of a deal. The weight of the controller is great. It does not feel cheap, it has a nice overall feel and the components of the stick make it feel durable. I started out by playing Metal Slug and was impressed by the responsiveness of the stick. Afterwards, I played Radiant Silvergun for a bit on "Arcade Mode" and savored the near arcade experience. I know that some Capcom fighting game tournament contenders may not sing the praises of such an arcade stick, but I played X-men vs Street Fighter for a good while and although not "arcade-perfect", I felt the performance of the stick was well above average for anything purchasable in this price range.

Just buy it. It's new in box. It's not like they'll be making more anytime soon. One downside is no turbo button. You think you don't need one but you're wrong.

I was misled into believing this was going to be factory sealed. However, it came in its original box and it had been opened before. There were no scratches on the controller and it looks amazing. It was pretty awesome to receive a controller that is twenty years old. That being said, I was more than elated to receive this controller and I'm actually okay with the fact that someone else got to view this awesome piece of history. Thanks!

The stick is sort of loose and the buttons are a bit too highly raised. Mediocre stick at best and ideal for casual use, but you're better off importing a HSS-0136 from Japan if you're serious about playing fighters/shmups.

Have a spinal cord injury , this makes playing easier......

It works fine. But the joystick has a micro switch feel. I much prefer that traditional joystick.

N.O.S. is awesome. fights are fair with this

Great product but due to the box it was shipped it the box of controller was heavily damaged which I value very much as a collector.
