When the apron arrived there was a spelling mistake (mistake by them, not me). I contacted them that day, they responded almost immediately and said they would send out a replacement in the post that same day. As promised I got the replacement the very next day in time for my husbands birthday. Fantastic customer service and great quality. Highly recommended, buy with confidence.

I was so impressed with how quickly this personalised item came. The material is fairly thick and hardy, colour (red) is vibrant and the print is exactly as it looks, bold and bright. Not sure how well it washes yet but overall, I'm so impressed with this product for the price I paid!

I needed this item to arrive within 2 days of ordering as it was a gift for someone who was leaving the country. I messaged the seller to check if this would be delivered in time and they confirmed if ordered by 3pm it would be dispatched first class that day. So I went ahead and ordered and it did indeed arrive the next day. So super customer service.The item itself looks good and is as described, so an all round positive experience.Would recommend this seller.
