I absolutely love this product. Very sturdy and a great space saver. Only thing is my friend ordered exactly the same one the day after and it was completely different to mine. Not as sturdy

Falls apart- the sides open and fall apart. No matter how many times I fix it, it still opens. What makes it worse, is that the metal bars are sharp on the ends so it’s actually a hazard around kids.Cannot be moved easily, because of a risk it will simply fall apart.Empty aluminium pipes the bars are made from is slippery and laundry slides off from them. (For me it adds extra times to the whole laundry process -have to careful how I place clothes on it, and if wrong re-adjust)If not all of the above, it would be a good rack that can fit two laundry loads.

Overall I think it’s a great airer, takes up less space than most and you can get a lot of clothes on. But either I miss read about folding it down for storage or it didn’t say, the racks themselves to do fold down easily but the base doesn’t so you cannot lie it flat against a wall or put it in a cupboard, you would have to dismantle it (which I haven’t tried yet ) which defeats the object!!And yes it does take a while putting it together it comes in 100’s of bits. The instructions aren’t brilliant I could hardly read the text it was a pale grey print?! But it doesn’t take a genius to work it out, if I can do it anyone can.

Great airer , can fit loads on but that does mean it is quite bulky but it’s good quality it’s really sturdy. The only thing I will say is the metal poles kept coming out so if your gonna buy this I’d advise to super glue the poles into the slots to save you the agg of constantly putting the poles back in place. Other than that it’s great for reference theres me , my partner & 2 young children and I can fit a full load on from a 9kg washing machine.

Good product but isn’t sturdy, the rails tend to pop out when taking clothes off and generally seems quite frail! It also looks like some of the poles are slightly longer than what they should be - the instructions are easy to follow but just not a 10/10 product

Bought this as it had good reviews. I really wish I hadn't, as it's money wasted. It arrived damaged, so arranged for a return. We could of had a replacement without returning the product but as It wasn't well packaged the first time, the same may occur again so went to return it. I found out It would of cost me £35 to return it to Germany so instead took it back home and decided we would make it up and accept another as replacement. We should have just thrown it in the bin. The rest was total rubbish. The poles on the foldable arms are all too short so fall out. The rest fit well but pointless without the arms. The top section also did not fit properly as it was too small and because it's plastic there was nothing that could be done. No point in getting another as they will all be made like this. This is getting thrown in the bin.

This has saved me a small fortune in electric as I now very rarely use my tumble dryer. It has lots of room to put a full washing load on it. The wheels make it easy to move on tiled floors, the arms can be adjusted so that you only have the ones up that you want to use, it folds down to create a bit more space when not in use.The negative part is that the poles do come out, my husband ended up cutting himself on one of them when he attempted to put them back into place.

Very poor quality. The aluminium lines keep falling off. They haven’t made the length of these correct. Very poor indeed.
