Here's why:Immediately after writing my two-star review (below), the seller contacted me (twice) via Amazon and made every effort to resolve any remaining problems by providing installation assistance, extra parts, or whatever was necessary to satisfy me. In these days of declining customer service, it was refreshing to experiencing a high level of customer service and support. If you like design and style of this fan, (as I do) go ahead and give it a shot !**************************************************************************************I'll start by saying that I absolutely love the look and operation of this fan.But....I've installed at least a dozen or so fans in my life and this was the worst ever.The instructions are worthless. Much of it doesn't even apply to this fan. The video posted by the seller was equally vague. It doesn't surprise me that some reviewers complained about little or no air flow. Without diligently analyzing the design of the blades and attachment hardware, it would be easy to install the blades incorrectly. Again, due to poor instructions.Some parts in the hanger kit are not mentioned in the instructions; something that makes me wonder whether I've installed it incorrectly and will eventually fall from the ceiling.To properly attach the blades, I needed to make a trip to the hardware store to get longer screws. Luckily, the clerk at the store was able to identify the proper metric thread size.Having a technical background, I'm usually pretty good at assembling complex kits. But this one was a real challenge.

Beautiful fans. Although, the blades have some rust now that it has been outside on the covered porch for about a month. We just had to call the electrician back as one fan stopped working. The control module melted as noted in my picture. I have requested a new part and refund as now I have to pay the electrician for today's visit and subsequent visit. We will see how the company handles it. So for now I gave a 2 star. Will update depending on company's response to the defective part.

Aside from the product being absolutely beautiful...the customer service is outstanding. While you can always find great products online...often it's tough to deal with a customer service department if there's a problem. It seems that personal touch is something that has disappeared in these tech savvy online times.There was an issue with the order I placed. When we reached out to the company...they replied almost immediately. Each correspondence was dealt with in the most courteous, compassionate, and helpful of ways. The genuine care and concern did not go unnoticed...and will not be forgotten. The upside of the slight problem with the order is that it made me have to reach out and allowed me to discover what a wonderful company I was buying from. Had there not been an issue...I'd never know how spectacular they were. I could not recommend the product...and more so the company that sold it on Amazon...more highly. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience.

Well I have to say that this ceiling fan is very quiet once assembled and installed. It comes to you like an erector set with alot of pieces to put together. If you are not mechanically inclined then I would suggest hiring someone to install it for you. I ordered two and one of my remote control units does not function. So with that said, the fan will not work. But I do suggest going through Amazon and requesting a replacment remote from them.

Soooooo very quiet with a ton of air movement. This is exactly what I was looking for! Fast shipping however when I installed it, the light didn’t work. The company shipped me a new on in a day, and it’s exactly what was needed! Looks great and functions just as well!

Weird part of this product was no instructions (manual) was in the box. Shipped without manual. I don’t know how it was possible. It took little longer to install it. Everything else is good.

The fan is nice looking aesthetically but does not produce enough air flow as I thought. Look for another fan.

42 inch fan, which gives a very modern look while being very efficient and quiet.Very good customer service, I was sent a link to access an online video for editing. This greatly simplified my task for assembly.Great product and service. I recommand it.
